Got 4 years
Bought this in June of 2021 and it won't charge anymore. 4 years is about what you should expect for these batteries. Just ordered another one.

Internally shorted after half a year: Swift replacement
Was a good battery, just right for my needs in powering an oxalic vaporizer for beekeeping. However I only ever used it once really before it broke. I used it once to treat my bee's, then charged it and stored it at room temperature inside a heated garage (no moisture), with periodic recharging about every 1-2 months. Just took it out to prepare to treat my bees before spring hits. Figured maybe the battery was low since it had been about a month since it was last charged, hooked it up to my battery charger and got hit with the code for an internal short. As a plus though, despite this internal short the battery never leaked, got hot, or had any corrosion on it, so the external casing is at least well made. I'm going to attempt to reach out to support about this, and see if I can get a replacement as I can only assume this is a manufacturing issue, or I'm just really unlucky.Update: Reached out to customer support on their website about this. Got a tested replacement sent to me without much issue. Very good customer service, and they were quite quick about responding. Cost me nothing for the replacement, they even payed for shipping. Overall, a very pleasant experience compared to other times I've dealt with customer support services.

Great replacement worked just as the OEM
It put my UPS right back into operation in all of 5 min. Connectors were exactly the same as the old original that had died. The thing looked just like it was the same thing originally put into the UPS. I could not be happier.

Perfect replacement for my expired UPS batteries.
Perfect replacement for the two 12V batteries in my UPS. Watch out to order the correct terminal size for your appliance. And measure the old batteries to make sure the new ones will fit. My UPS terminals were F2 but I accidentally ordered batteries with F1 terminals which is narrower than the UPS connection leads so they fitted just fine. And the batteries were a perfect fit. They were delivered faster than expected too. Well done guys!

Failed after 5 days and painful return/refund process
As a business, I will not do business with this company again. The 2 batteries I ordered were received but after install into my UPC device they would not take a full charge (50%) and then failed completely within 5 days. Sometimes stored batteries fail - I was okay to this point, but the return process ate up another hour between first being directed to the Mighty Max website from the Amazon return process where I provided my order info, then getting a reply from Mighty Max a day later that they needed a copy of the invoice, then providing the invoice and getting a reply from Mighty Max that I had to contact Amazon, then 30 minutes on the phone with Amazon getting a refund processed. A bigger pain-in-the-you-know-what than it should be after already being inconvenienced.
