Opening a new business soon and wanted something different and better this solved both those problems and the fact that you can set the hours on the app is so clutch I’m gonna have it in a place where it’s not reachable and yes comes with a fob but app is wayyy better this way I never have to worry about forgetting to turn on n off now only thing is when that sign hits open my ass better be there 😌 very pleased and actually purchased another one ☝🏼

So this is my 3rd open sign (not of this kind). I tried a NEON one I tried a LED one that was under 100.00. The sun comes across as an angle in front of the retail location so we get some sun but when its bright in the morning it reflects just right an open sign can be hard to see.I tried to buy something and stay under 100.00. (All items i bought from amazon). The first one i bought. was neon. Just didn't produce the brightness only time you could see it was at night. Then I bought and LED one. I ordered that one and got something totally different in. Tried to return it for an exchange and got the wrong one again but I kept it. Over time it just faded out.I decided to stop wasting time and money spent a lot of money on this one and its just great. You can adjust the colors and you can see this all day round. Its huge. Its definitely the biggest open sign i have seen.It has a remote but I just downloaded the app. Set the on and off times and off it went. Works on its own just the way it should. I would recommend don't waste money and just go for this one.

Received this item which was obviously previously opened and missing components.The neon sign is NOT bright at night nor day time. From the parking lot customers said they couldn’t tell if we were open. Also, Part of the neon sign didn’t light up. The functions of sign design did not work as written. I Returned it item

We've been using an old er LED open sign for over 7 years. My wife and I finally decided to get a better one, This was $200 while spent. The open sign is twice as big as the other one and probably four times brighter. Could finally see the light on when you're driving by during the day or especially at night. I'd have to say one of the best things that I didn't even realize that it did was setting up automatic on and off for our hours. I really like that feature as it's one less step I have to worry about when I get here and leave.

Pros:1. It is HUGE. It really is 15"x32" and shows well in a window.2. Remote is a gadget which is nice to have for turning on and off. Also has a manual switch on the back, but since mine is hanging 8 feet off the floor the remote is nice.3. Being able to select your own colors and lighting pattern is also a nice feature even if I doubt that I would use it.4. It does look great hanging in the front window.5. Comes with a 3 year warranty which I am hoping is a sign of quality that I never have to deal with.Cons:1. It is bright, but NOT as bright as the old Neon sign that it replaced. In direct sunlight it is noticeable that it is on, but that is because I already know it is on. Not sure from the road that would be something people could distinguish. I knew this was likely because an LED sign is never going to be as bright as a Neon one. I am going to get a piece of 1/8" plywood, paint it black, and place behind the sign to see if this helps with the direct sunlight issue.2. Owners manual is clearly written, but has numerous spelling errors. Perhaps this is just my own pet peeve, but that is not something that typically gives me confidence in the company as a whole. As I always used to tell my students, the red squiggly line under a word does not mean that you are getting bonus points for your spelling!

Well it has only been three days but so far it does everything it said it would do.Zero problems connecting it to Bluetooth and I am at about 30ft from the sign.I am wondering if those 1 and 2 star reviews are because people are putting this sign outdoors and exposing it to weather. It certainly is not water tight and I doubt that it will handle being wet.Mine is inside the building up against the outside glass.I will update this review if anything changes.
