Bought this item to help organize a junk drawer. This was perfect size. It is sturdy works well for the project. Will likely look at other sizes to order for larger items.

Great little box, transparent, just the right size to fit a purse, just the right size for two layers of pens/pencils. I just love it! And I love how it closes too, it is a very safe lock. You have to snap on both of the little "straps"--or how do you call them? In any case, they keep the box very safely locked, and it makes a pleasant little noise when the "straps" snap on. The plastic is smooth and had very nice edges that do not irritate upon touch. It does not feel flimsy at all, but not bulky either. Also, it does not catch anything in my purse, and it is very light. Just a nice elegant little box, made just right :)

UPDATED 2/10/2018. I just bought this container (again) to hold eating utensils for backpacking or traveling. They fit perfectly. I previously put the utensils in a heavy plastic bag but utensils that are pointed enough to be useful always poked through in a few days. So I got this box and it works perfectly.PREVIOUS REVIEWThis box is the perfect size for my 7" Gingher dressmaker shears (also called "bent trimmer shears"). The inside width of the box exactly fits the width of the shear's handle. The inside length is 2/3" longer than the shears which is perfect because it accommodates the insert from the old tattered Gingher box my shears came in (I trimmed the insert to fit), and the tip of the shears touches nothing, so they won't become blunted or bent. The outside of this little plastic box is perfectly smooth doesntt catch on delicate fabrics. Very happy!

The latch is a little hard to open and close. It works once it is closed and will definitely stay closed.

I originally bought it for the functionality. I like to have all my writing materials in one convenient place. I don’t know if this is just the one I received but it won’t close. The clasp/clip is not broken and the case is not overly stuffed either. It’s nice and simple but I would have really liked it more if it closed. I have to hold it shut and just hope my pens don’t fall out of it.

This was the perfect size for a travel set of dominos and dice.

Perfect size for my needs. Works great and stays closed.

These boxes are to small for full size pencils or pens will be repurposing.
