Reading accuracy is good, using official purpose, calibration report also good, no any mismatch reading coming

Amazing!!
I write this review after using this product for 4 years. I can tell you, this thing is sturdy as hell!! As a chef I use and abuse it extremely frequently and it’s still going strong. Always given me an accurate read.Just remember to calibrate in the beginning so you know incase its base temperature is off by a few degrees (I check by putting it in boiling water).It’s honestly a great product for the price. Definitely would recommend!

Build quality is so so but at the price I got it, I'm satisfied. At boiling water it shows 99.2°C.

Very bad product
Comes without battery and then doesn’t work after putting the battery. The reading is do bad. Better to avoid it.
