Needed parallel pack..
Almost all the battery pack options I checked online are in series connection. I found this option,These are great individual battery holders for creating parallel battery packs. I just used a small piece of 3/16 plywood and hot glued the battery holders next to each other. Soldered the positive and negative wires in parallel and I'm good to go. You can also use a piece of thick cardboard instead of the plywood.

Good battery pack but a bit too snug
So far the pack seems to be very durable and functioning well. However my only issue is that it seems to hold the batteries on too tight. Trying to remove the battery actually damaged the wrapping on the battery itself without using a tool or piece of ribbon underneath the battery itself.

These double A battery holders were exactly what I was expecting and needing.
Battery holders come in all kinds of Quality, from very poor to extremely nice. I would place these six in the upper 80%. Leads are long, metal appears to be strong. AA batteries are held firmly in the holder. There is nothing to not like. The price was great, and shipping was fast. If you need a AA battery holder, this is the one.

As expected, a battery holder with wires that fits the indented battery. It worked in my project, which was a solar powered garden light

Better than the no switch version
I bought the ones without an on/off switch first and they were awful. I had to take the batteries out every time I used it, but you don't have that issue with these. My only issue was the batteries ran down too quickly for what I was using it for.
