Wasn't the right umbrella for me
Ordered the black compact folding umbrella and wasn't too impressed. The umbrella itself didn't feel strong and the material felt a bit on the plasticy side. The quality of the button to pop open and close the umbrella was good. But I feel a small gust of wind would break or snap the umbrella. But the size of the umbrella was good and compact as advertised.Wasn't the right product for me.

Convenient and Compact Travel Umbrella.
This Portable Folding Umbrella is a fantastic value for money option for light showers and everyday use. Its automatic open/close feature is a standout, allowing one handed operation that’s both convenient and efficient perfect for quickly entering a car or building during unexpected rain. The umbrella is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry in a backpack, briefcase, or suitcase. It’s a great companion for city commutes or travel, thanks to its portable design. While it boasts a reinforced 8-rib canopy for moderate wind resistance, it’s more suitable for light rain and gentle winds than extreme weather conditions. The 210T polyester fabric provides excellent water resistance, keeping you dry and protected. If you’re looking for a reliable and portable umbrella for everyday use, this is highly recommended.

Not the best but the low price doesn't excuse it.
Its incorrectly listed as 'Automatic Open/Close' which isn't true. It does 'automatically' open out when you press the button due to a strong spring in the tube which then holds it deployed (there is no latching open mechanism). There is no automatic close or even a release of the high spring tension. Therefore closing is very difficult, especially near the end where your trying to get it to latch back into the handle whilst fight the spring, its like a bit of gym equipment! There is an collar area for you to pull it down by, but by the time it reaches the latching closed point there is little room for your fingers to grip and keep pulling it closed. As a consequence you fingers can get stuck in the lower limb points, I stabbed the end of my finger on the crude bit of twisted wire shown in my picture. (there are some other sharp bits too). The fabric is just about adequate but feels very thin. The limbs are pretty strong though.Unusually, I found the cover to be quite comparatively well sized and pretty easy to get back on.So currently its £8 which is not a lot, as a very occasional 'emergency brolley, its pretty compact and would fit in many car door bins, it could save the day. regular use? no, much better choices around.
