Great beginner resin printer
Liked:I liked the easy setup and high resolution. It prints fast - about twice as fast as my current 4k printer. The print size is large enough to accommodate most prints you'd want, while not being so large that it takes an entire bottle of resin to get to a good level. The bed is very easy to level and feels more secure than my Elegoo Mars 3 with four points to tighten rather than just two. If you have a print where a piece fell off, it give you an option after each print to clean the vat - I love that!Disliked:It feels a little cheap. Very lightweight and the cover is an almost flexible plastic. But, they had to get that price down somehow, am I right? Neither of these things affect print quality, o they don't bother me much.I will probably order another so I can print more, faster.

Impressive Print Quality & Easy to Use
I was a little hesitant about getting into resin printing, but the ANYCUBIC Photon Mono 4 has completely won me over. Right out of the box, setup was quick and straightforward. The instructions were clear, and within an hour, I had my first test print done. The print quality is fantastic—sharp details, smooth surfaces, and minimal layer lines. I’ve printed miniatures, custom parts, and even some intricate models, and everything has turned out beautifully. The monochrome screen speeds up print times while also lasting longer than traditional LCDs, which is a huge plus.I also appreciate how user-friendly this printer is. The resin vat and build plate are easy to clean, and leveling is simple compared to other printers I’ve used. So far, I’ve had zero failed prints, which speaks to how well-calibrated this machine is.If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality resin printer at a great price, this is definitely the one to get. Highly recommended!

Great resin printer
I really like this printer. Definitely an upgrade from the photon and photon 2 I was using. I really like the build plate although you will need to be careful not to chip or damage it when using a metal scraper to remove prints. The bed levels pretty easy (just like most other resin printers) and it even comes with a screen protector. As for print quality, heat transfer, bed warping, print speed and the rest of the things one might want to know about. You will need to play with your settings and adjust them for each type of resin. But I can’t say how your prints will come out since I’m not slicing them. However, I can say my parts have come out pretty good in most cases. I will say if you’re going from a filament printer to a resin printer, the resin printers can make stuff faster but you will need to use supports much more often and the prints are typically more brittle (depending on the resin but in most cases it will be more brittle) but you can make parts with much more fine detail than possible with FDM printing. The picture is of a blade I made for a trainer butterfly knife. I sliced it pretty small to get that result but it was worth it and it was a ridiculously big time difference. I may not use my resin printers first for most things but when I need fine details or smooth surfaces, this printer has been the GOAT for that work.Side note; the Saran Wrap on the screen is just a barrier to keep resin off the screen just in case a vat leaks or whatever. It does come with screen protectors but I messed up and put a small chip on the edge of my build plate and it left a bit just long and sharp enough to pierce the vat film. I took the screen protector off since the resin on it was stuck but have been using Saran Wrap since as a protective barrier. I take a tiny bit of 91% isopropyl alcohol and apply it to the screen with a lint green towel to clean it off and while there is a bit of the IPA left, I’ll apply the Saran Wrap and it will help me make it perfectly flat and free of wrinkles and air bubbles. It’s been a good little trick I use on all 3 of my resin printers now since even if I accidentally spill or drip resin, all I have to do is cut the contaminated wrap off and put some new on.Now I want to add a little disclaimer to the last paragraph, I’m not expert but I am someone that has been in the 3D printing hobby for about 5 years and with about 5 figures worth of machines, tools, accessories and consumables invested into it. I am only saying that this has worked for me, not if it’s the best solution or even a good solution. I know someone will most likely say something valid on why my Saran Wrap idea may not be a good idea so I will say do your own research first before trying anything some random person on the internet says.

A worthwhile starting 3D printer
This is a pretty good resin printer especially for its price point. I naturally would like a little bigger printable dimensions; especially in the y axis. It’s really easy to set up and use, I would be even happier if they had at least an option to add a heater & fume filter but I had no difficulties with printing as long as the room was at least 68 degrees. Another bonus is Anycubics new water soluble resin, as long as the lid is on the fumes aren’t a big issue. The clean up and washing is so much better with only water instead of isopropyl alcohol. After some more experience, I will be buying a bigger Anycubic unit but I will definitely keep this one for smaller prints, saves on resin use.

Buyer Be Aware
As of right now 1 star Yes it worked great for about 4 days. Tried contacting their 24/7 tech support it is now 48 hours with no contact. I am guessing I need to replace the vat all ready.

First 3D printer - so far I love it.
This is my first 3D resin printer. So far, I really like the printer. It is easy to use and clean. The prints seem very good. I did have some trouble getting the prints to come off the build plate, but I started running hot water on the back of the build plate after printing and they now come off much easier. As I said this is my first printer so I don't have any experience with others to compare it to, but it seems like a good printer and I didn't want to invest a lot in my first printer in case I didn't like 3D printing, so the price of this one was great. I would highly recommend this printer if you are looking for a smaller 3D printer or your first one.
