Q: After a period of time my device seems to stop misting and the middle light slowly pulses white? What does this mean?

Hi there! The pulsing light indicates your unit is in 'sleep mode'. After the diffuser is powered-on, it will run for 8 hours and then enter a 'sleep mode' for 16 hours. This cycle repeats every 24 hours unless manually turned off. If you'd like to change the start time, power off and power on at the desired 'start' time.
