Best customer service ever! I bought this bedside table and during assembly one of the boards split, so I contacted the manufacturer (Nathan James) and after a quick and painless process (that just involved sending a pic of the board), a new bedside table was on its way to me. Assembled the replacement and it was perfect. Then they also sent a small box of chocolates to thank me for my patience. Who does that?! I was so surprised and touched. When most companies man their customer service lines/chats with poorly paid workers who don’t like their jobs, the folks at Nathan James were amazing. It was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. i am a customer for life and will purchase directly from their website next time. And just in case you were wondering, the bedside stand is a great value and it’s beautiful. I could not be happier.

Great side tables for the price. They were easy to put together (I did it solo), and they have held up well so far!

Looks just like the picture and very easy to put together. The directions were very easy with each piece being numbered.It's a bit unstable, but for the price a great piece.

Beautiful side table. Does take a little bit to put together but the drawers glide so smoothly and it is solid. Highly recommend

Ordered these a few months ago and they are nice looking, durable, and have plenty of storage! I would definitely recommend having 2 people put them together because there are a lot of parts.

The quality is great- looks and feels expensive. One of the nightstands’ drawers delivered destroyed which was weird because it was packaged so well. I contacted Nathan James and they sent me a new one within days! They also sent me chocolates to apologize which was so cute! I’m definitely going to buy a regular dresser from them soon- such a great company!

My order came with a bunch of chips and the wrong color. I ordered white and received black. I had to set it up for timing reasons, but I’m mad I wasted my money. So frustrating I usually love Nathan James.

Let’s just say they look a lot nicer in the photo than they are in person. They are not even a step above IKEA quality in fact possibly less. They are fine for a spare bedroom, but I would never put this in a full time bedroom. If you plan on using them year round as I highly doubt the drawers will hold up. I plan on selling them the minute I find something better as we already put them together.
