I purchased my first pillow in 2015 and I knew I would never need another pillow again. Unfortunately it was damaged, but the decision to purchase another one was easy. In fact, I bought two more! My wife found out the hard way that these pillows are not machine washable, so now I'm down to one and I constantly have to fend her off from trying to take it. She prefers this pillow even over her Sleep Number pillow that was three times the price!As they advertise, this pillow is comfortable in all sleeping positions. I normally start on my stomach and roll to my side during the night. If I'm especially sore, I'll sleep on my back, and this pillow supports me in all sleeping positions.I have two minor complaints, however. One, the cooling gel eventually breaks down after a few years, but it's not very noticeable inside of the pillowcase and the included hypoallergenic case. Two, I cannot find this pillow in a King size anywhere! The standard size is great for me, but my wife would like a king sized version.

Really smells. I love this pillow except for the strong smell. I washed the cover and it’s really the foam pillow that has a lingering smell. I put it in the dryer the scented dryer sheets on cool air setting and also am airing it out. That has really helped. It is very comfortable and I love it but it just needs extra care to get rid of the smell.

I originally bought this pillow in 2015. And just now need to replace it. When i first wanted to buy it again , it was no longer available, but It was perfect for me, maybe not others. I have chronic pain from a whiplash injury. that this pillow actually helps. I tried others but sent them back for being too soft. Its not so much the cooling gel, but the memory foam itself. Just the right density for my support needs. I am a side sleeper and my head does not sink into an uncomfortable position. The 1st one after 9 years is just beginning to loose that feature. Thats why im was glad to see it back in stock. I may order another one now to keep in storage for another 9 years when i may need to replace it again LOL. It came folded in half but did not need to be aired out or time to expand. I used it the 1st night that it came. Excellent for side sleepers, for chronic neck pain, and the cooling effect is very effective. Memory foam is just the right density.

This pillow was delivered about 4 days ago. I'm still waiting to use it because I'm having to let it air out. The pillow stinks terribly. I would have sent it back already, but it feels like it will be perfect for my bad neck. I'm going to give it a few more days before deciding if I need to return it due to the very VERY strong smell.

These pillows are smaller than traditional pillows but they really do feel cool, even cold. And they are comfy. I got one for everyone in our house!

This is my fav pillow. The last one i purchased was in 2020 @ 32.99. Now they over $60. It was worth $33 not so sure it’s worth the current cost
