Pillow is cooling my head very well, it does it's job very well! I find it a bit too thick but I'm still able to use it and i get better sleep with it.I had a problem with the pillow 18 montjs after i got it, I wrote the company and I got another one shipped for free as the warranty covers any defects. I got very good support from them and they were very fast to reply! I give 5 stars for the customer service!I got 3 different pillow products from them and they are all very good.I highly recommend this pillow.

Buena relación calidad/precio, se percibe buena manufactura como la calidad de los materiales, llego en tiempo y forma.Si se percibe un ligero olor a plástico (como de producto nuevo), pero con una funda pasa a ser in-perceptibles, llevo ya unas semanas usándola y el olor ha disminuido (sin funda), es de excelente tamaño, no la considero una almohada alta, si se calienta pero al voltearla se enfría en poco tiempo, para volverla a usar del lado con gel, la uso para dormir y como soporte en la espalda cuando me encuentro sentado ( en una silla dentro de mi dormitorio) y da una excelente sensación de comodidad.

Not much to say about a pilliw.....but, it is surprisingly cool to the touch. It swallows you in comfort, just firm enough without being too firm, however I liked it better with one of my standard pillows underneath it. You can put it in a pillow case but it comes with its own washable zipper case. I did not notice any unusual odor. Liked it enough to order another, and will consider giving them as Christmas gifts as well. Price was a couple bucks cheaper when I ordered last week, I'll wait for the price to come down again.UPDATE: my opinion after sleeping on the pillow the first night.My original review was based on trying it out for 5 or 10 minutes when I first received it. After actually sleeping on it, there are some things to consider.1) The pillow is heavy, and I found myself having to adjust it several times during the night. It is a bit of a task.2) I couldn't find a good position for the pillow. As I mentioned, I needed at least one of my standard pillows under it to get the support I needed. If I used this pillow alone, I felt like I had sunken too far and was sleeping too flat.3) The cool gel indeed is a nice feature, especially if you are a hot sleeper. It tended to warm to the room temperature after a while, but if you turned over and faced the other side of the pillow, that side was cool, I liked that.4) About the cool sensation. At times it felt kind of weird like I was laying in a puddle of water, probably because you have sunken down and are being cradled. It's not bad thing, in fact a puddle of water is probably not even the right way to describe it, it's hard to explain unless you've slept on one, and then you'll know what I mean.I am still giving the product 5 stars, because it delivers what it says it will and it is well made. My issues with the pillow are subjective, and those things may not bother you at all. Definitely worth ordering!

The cooling gel only works in a cool/cold environment otherwise it makes the situation worse.I don't really see the point of being cool when your cold so it's not for me.It's a very heavy pillow which squishes flat, personally I prefer less give in a pillow and more support.Might be good for those with anxiety
