Bought the same washer again — very satisfied
This is my second washer of the same model. The first one has been working perfectly for over two years. I moved to a new apartment and gave the old one to my brother — bought the same washer again. Very satisfied with the quality and performance.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND SERVICEABILITY
The product provided is faulty and showing error in operations. Needs to be changed immediately. There is not product operational instructions along with and no warranty claim form attached.

Water pressure
High water pressure needed. If not it will keeps pausing and buzzing asking for more water 😅

Top Notch with a minor flaw
Waited for 6 months before writing a review to give proper feedback. Have been using it extensively and works flawlessly, easy to install and operate. Only downside is that drain hose has no valve like front loading machines. SO unless hung high, you can fill water till the end of time the machine will not fill as the water will just drain out
