Amazon Basics Nintendo Switch Case Holder, Fits OLED, Hard Shell Travel Storage, Black, 12 x 4.8 x 9 Inches

Hello I had got this case as a means to transport my Nintendo switch around town/wherever I want to bring my whole system setup (the dock charger and a extra controller) I have a black version and I like the rubber handle makes it easy and comftable to carry around. As for the outer shell it’s wrapped around a fabric so far it has not ripped on me or get caught on anything or have any tears ect. As for the material under it is a “clamshell” case and has a hard plastic surround under the fabric. It is definitely not gonna survive a car running it over but for your basic banged up against a wall or maybe a drop or two I am very confident in the case ability to protect the switch especially if you have it maybe in a backpack or in a car going somewhere. Just like the photos it has cutouts that go around your system so only the regular joycons would fit. Maybe if you were to try and fit the 3rd party joycons (maybe a hori split pad pro) in substitution of the pro controller cut out could something like that be possible. Also no aftermarket cases for the joycons would work (my joycons have a transparent clear case that has a ridge or “bubble” the gives me more space to grab the regular joycons” that would have to be removed in order to transport inside the case. Also no 3rd party controllers can be used only the official Nintendo pro controller would fit but everything else the dock and cables ect all fit inside in a nice convenient case. Thanks Amazon

This is a perfect case for the Nintendo Switch. It has divided sections that are specifically designed for each piece of the game console. There is a slot for the charging dock, game controllers, controller connector, the screen, cords, plus many games. Sorry I don't know the exact names of all those things, but you get the picture. It can hold all the basics/ essentials!One very minor downside to that is that there is very little room for anything else. So if you only want to carry the basic setup and a few games (which is all you really need), then this case is perfect! But if you want to use the case to carry anything else, then it won't work.The case is sturdy, and has a hard outer shell. The color is a simple black but I was thinking of painting a design on mine.The best part is that it is a much better price for the exact same case that Nintendo sells, just without the colors and branding. So if that doesn't matter to you or you're trying to save a few dollars, then I highly recommend this case!

Decent size storage case. I like the sturdiness and quality of the case. Amazon did a great job with protection and quality. Well padded and when it zips it creates a seal almost so it's very sleek. I would have liked to get the Nintendo Version but this one is more discrete.It's not too heavy with everything in it. It takes some getting used to trying to put everything in a certain way, mainly the AC Adapter since it is clunky. But overall feels great for the price and what I can carry. I've used it 6 times already, bringing it over to my friend's houses multiple times. I would like to see maybe an updated version to place game cartridges somewhere. Of course you could get a case for those separately and it'll be fine in the case but it would be cool to see that in future versions so new owners don't have to shell out more cash and carry more accessories.

I purchased this case as an alternative to the Nintendo branded case to save a few bucks. Plus I generally like Amazon Basics items. When I received the item in came in the normal Amazon Basics packaging, so nothing new there. Upon opening the case and checking it out I was quite pleased with my purchase. The case is large but not too bulky, the material is nice a study on the outside but soft on the inside, and its layout is decent. I do like that I can fit a pro controller in the case which is a major plus.The side areas of the case however are lacking. They are decently sized and have an elastic strap across them to hold items down. However, it was difficult to fit the charger in and it seem reasonable, there are no spots for extra Joy-Cons to strap down which was a downer.Overall, I do enjoy this case as it can hold everything needed for your switch assuming that you leave joy cons attached to the tablet and take a pro controller. For this price it is a win!

The package came neatly and as expected. A box inside a box (because I ordered two other items with it).My first reaction was how it smelled like new-product smell (which is good), so +1 star.I tested to see if the zipper, the foam, and the rubber inside are in good condition, which they are (for now); another +1 star.I placed my set inside to see if they fit; they do! The wires fit perfectly on either side as you can see on the picture, +1 star,I then lifted the case to see if the handle can handle the weight, and it did (for now), my final +1 star.UPDATE: it’s been however long since I bought the product, and I do use it quite often (opening and closing the zipper, lifting it by the handle, taking the contents out and putting them back in), the case is still in very good condition. I highly recommend it! :)

La verdad esta muy espacioso la caja que puedes meter muchos controles y los cables que necesita, caben los juegos pero deoendiendo que es lo que pongas en la caja, de buena calidad y ayuda para que no se maltraten las cosasMuy bueno para ir de viaje

Buen precio, robusto. Funciona para llevar todo el equipo en un bolso. Sencillo y unicolor.

For the money, this is the best non-metallic case for the Switch you can buy. It is cut to fit snugly the console with Joycons attached, the dock, a Pro controller, the power cable and the HDMI cable. I was also able to fit the USB C Cable for my pro controller in the space of the dock and the space between the Switch and the dock to fit a game organizer for the game carts. This thing is just *perfect*It’s baptism by fire was MAGFest 2020 and it got through it with flying colors.
