The best mouse I've ever owned (bought in September 2023)
I don't usually splash out on peripherals but I was tired of slightly cheaper alternatives, still rom big name brands that failed in some way or other after a year or so. The selling point for me was the metal infinite scroll wheel and I have to say, I couldn't live without it now.Weight: well balanced and a good heft to it without feeling cumbersomeFit and feel: Excellent, perfect fit for my hand and I experience no fatigue whatsoever using it for 8-10 hours per day for work and gaming. Satisfying muted/soft click sound that can be heard but is not invasive on the noise front.Quality: The metal, weighted scroll wheel and side scroll are high quality and feel fantastic - so intuitive to useScroll speed: perfect as has a standard 'clicky scroll' mode and the 'frictionless scroll' which is just amazing for long documents, forum posts etc.Software: The control software is well built and offers the level of setup and flexibility I need.Bluetooth connectivity: Excellent and easy to setup multiple profiles across different devices and connection typesBattery: Excellent - I haven't timed it, but I use this 10 hours per day and only need to charge (USB C) every few weeks at worstLongevity - Having had this since September 2023 I notice little to no wear on the device at all. It feels and looks almost brand new (where I know the older model tended to wear easily at key pressure points) - only slight visual changes on the left and right buttons are visible as they have 'smoothed' over time. These aren't cheap, but 'buy once, cry once' has never been more true as it's great to use and built to last.

Logitech MX Master 3S after 1 week – Is It Worth the Price?
I’d reached my limit. Hours of editing, coding, scrolling… and the pain in my wrist was becoming a daily nuisance. I’d tried vertical mice, trackpads, and even high-end gaming models — none quite solved the problem. Eventually, I bit the bullet and ordered the Logitech MX Master 3S, despite the price making me wince a little.Straight out of the box, it felt different. The build is solid, the finish feels premium, and the shape fits my hand like it was moulded for it. Within minutes, I noticed the difference: the clicks are almost silent, the infinite scroll wheel is absurdly satisfying, and the thumb button became my new favourite shortcut. But what really surprised me was something you won’t find in the specs: less fatigue at the end of the day. It’s subtle at first, but over time the ergonomics really do reduce strain. I paired it with a decent wrist rest and the change was immediate.✔️ Pros:• Genuinely silent clicks – great for shared workspaces• Ultra-fast scroll wheel is smooth and responsive• Top-tier ergonomics for all-day comfort• Multi-platform: works seamlessly on Windows, Linux and ChromeOS• Battery lasts for weeks, recharges via USB-C❌ Cons:• Pricey compared to basic models• Slight learning curve with the extra buttons• Might be too large for those with smaller handsBest for:Anyone working long hours at a desk – developers, designers, writers, editors. If you’re dealing with wrist fatigue or just want a smoother workflow, this is a proper upgrade. If I’d known how much relief it would bring, I’d have bought it sooner. It’s not just a mouse – it’s a tool that genuinely improves your working day.

Absolute game changer for productivity - Worth Every Penny
The media could not be loaded. The MX master v3 is the best mouse I've ever used. The whole package works so seamlessly together and really makes it hard to transition back to a normal mouseThe infinite scroll wheel is phenomenal, the way it clicks, but when used with enough pressure, it unlocks makes scrolling through long files and pdf's a breeze. The side scroll wheel makes navigating all aspects of an operating system so satisfying, being able to switch through tabs, or horizontally scroll with fully customisable side buttons is an extremely useful addition. The buttons on the mx master are really satisfying, they have a strong click but are very quiet, its perfect for a classroom or environment where a loud clicky mouse would be a distraction. The battery lasts an insanely long time, typically about 2-3 months with intense daily usage, as a computer science student, this mouse is really a gamechanger. It has a nice matt finish which is easy to grip and holds well. The shape of the mouse really does help to reduce strain on the wrists, as someone who spends a lot of time at their desk, my previous mice have started to cause wrist strain, but with the mx master v3, I haven't had any sign of pain. The only issue with the mouse is cosmetically, it tends to hold onto oils and can make the buttons look a bit dirty and doesn't seem to come off even with isopropanol alcohol. Also the logi options app, while really good, has some apps it sometimes doesn't work with till separate developers work on a fix.

Great productivity mouse
It took my a while to get used to this mouse, coming from SteelSeries Rival 3 and Rival 600 mice, probably due to the unusual ergonomic shape. I still frequently end up hitting it unintentionally when moving my hand back and forth between the keyboard and mouse. The battery life is great so far, I've charged it once since I bought it a few weeks ago.Bad point: the silent buttons buttons are really easy to press, especially the right mouse button - in the first few weeks I ended up hitting it unintentionally A LOT, just by resting my finger on it, like I always did on other mice.Good points:-the smooth/hybrid scrolling features is super useful, especially on macOS.-The software is also highly customizable.Overall I'd definitely recommend this mouse, though it might take a while to get used to.
