Good chocolate

Great raspberry taste in a smooth and delicious dark chocolate.

These things should be illegal - the dark chocolate is luscious (not bitter) and the raspberry explodes on your taste buds when you crunch into it. The burst of flavor reminds me of eating a desert at a fancy restaurant where the cake would have decadent chocolate icing with raspberry drizzled over the top. There is something very satisfying and visceral about having the raspberries in crunchy form versus the liquid center in the Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Raspberry Squares I was eating. And the best part of all is that there is no high fructose corn syrup in this product, unlike the squares which I had to give up. I liked the squares very much before my body said nope to the corn syrup, but these bars are a step up in the flavor department. I think intense is an appropriate name for these and a good way to describe the experience. Just beware - it might be hard to eat just one square of the bar!Also, since it is summer, the box came with a nice sized frozen gel pack that was still cool when it arrived at my door.

Although the price of quality dark chocolate has risen incredibly, these bars are worth an occasional splurge. The dark chocolate is smooth and each square filled with tiny, crunchy raspberry bits. Delicious. I did notice that although long expiration date some of the chocolate was a bit discolored as though it was exposed to heat at some point. This is why I deducted a star. For the price these should have been fresher. I will purchase again when price drops.

Really good - not a high enough percent cacao to be "healthy" but it's good- not a huge dark chocolate fan here- it's still good- won't be ordering again here in Arkansas it will be too hot to ship well- but come fall we'll be back

Great product very tasty could use a few more orange bits but otherwise it is what it is , a chocolate bar

Love these chocolates. They are so tasty that I have to limit them to two squares a day. Have reordered them several times and will do so in the future.

Love this chocolate. Great flavor of the raspberry. Smooth texture. It is a good dark chocolate but not at all dry in texture like some can be. Presentation was perfect. Nicely boxed and arrived as expected. None broken. I give this for gifts to people who I want to express a “thank you” to, but I admit I hate to share!
