Great for Travleling
I purchased these (blue) to put on my airplane carry on (under the seat bag). They are sturdy, easy to use and keep my belongings secure (plane, hotel room/hotel baggage storage, etc.). They work so well, that I bought a set for my best friend (we travel a lot).

Peace of Mind!
I originally bought these for the bag that houses all my important papers. I plan on using this lock in August when we visit the The Grand Hotel. Our luggage will be loaded on the ferry and taken to the hotel by the staff so I will be using the lock then as well for peace of mind. Just follow the directions on how to enter your code. Very simplistic and work well so far

Fantastic little locks
TSA certified locks have been my favorite for quite some time now and I love the versatility of using them - air travel, gym lockers and even backyard sheds. The specific advantage of using these for air travel is that TSA agents can open your baggage without cutting your lock and breaking open your suitcase. They have universal keys and can open all TSA certified locks thus avoiding damage to expensive luggage units. Apart from the obvious air travel advantage, I also use these locks in the gym for safeguarding my belongings in the locker. There are many locks available in the market and on Amazon, but the two pack from Forge has some distinct advantages.1. Heavy duty premium Zinc alloy lock - one look at the lock and it becomes obvious that the lock is premium quality, very durable and difficult to break open.2. Red LED indicator - this is an added bonus. Even though TSA agents leave a slip inside the suitcase if they open it, the LED indicator is a sure shot way to determine that your suitcase was indeed checked; always good to be informed.3. Easy to setup - the lock comes with instructions on how to set the lock number and it takes a few seconds to get it all done.4. Seller guarantee - It is always re-assuring that sellers stand behind the quality and effectiveness of their product.Of the two locks, I gifted one to my colleague who was embarking on an international travel and the first thing he said was that the lock felt much more sturdy and durable than the ones he had used before.I received this 2 lock pack at a discounted price in order to test and review. Like any Amazon shopper who goes through reviews to make a buying decision, this is my humble attempt to help prospective buyers and not a means to receive any sort of favor from the seller. I have used and tested this product for quite some time now and I have presented my review based on my experience with it. If I helped you, kindly vote Yes below my review. If you think I could have done better, feel free to ask questions before down-voting. Thanks and Godspeed.-- SG

Durable and work well
Great locks and durable, but just don’t forget the code you set. They do not have a way to reset them without knowing the current code so you have to start at 000 and go through each number until you get to the correct code. Overall it is probably good you can’t reset, but also annoying when the locks are shared and code gets changed.

Forge TSA combination locks
Combo locked well and survived a longer trip. Previously used keyed luggage locks and this was more convenient. Set-up of code was simple.

Great and well made!
LOVING THEM! Numbers are white fonts on black background. For old eyes like mine are easier to read!

Really gave me peace of mind on first international trip!
I went on my very first international trip at end of June to Tokyo for my birthday and meet my new girlfriend. Needless to say, I had A LOT on my mind, especially the safety of all my stuff that I was going to take with me. My previous dealings in just short domestic flights is that the TSA always opened my damn bags every single time, for just a stupid 30 minute flight! I was starting to feel really "violated" and I wanted to avoid that and know if the bastards at TSA really went through my luggage. On top of that, I was worried about something "going through" my bag being an American and thus, with the Trump hate in full swing, I was worried about someone digging through my bag and taking something just to spite me being an American and Trump. Sound stupid but hey, we have Kindergardners shooting eachother in this world so... yeah.Did some quick research and this was pretty much the top of the list for getting a lock for my big TravelPro bag. I really really liked the feature that indicates if/when the TSA has opened the bag and what was really nice is that it "pops up" a little indicator to show easily if someone from TSA has decided to go through my stuff.I just managed to get it shipped to my apt complex the day of my leaving for Japan and it was very easy to setup my own code and it fit perfectly on my new TravelPro bag. I had a lot of peace of mind knowing that the TSA or some jerk would not be easily able to get into my bag without the TSA lock or cutting the thing off which thankfully didn't happen and I also didn't get checked by TSA at all this time! It was worth the TSA deterance alone! The lock survived the trip with a little chunk of the paint missing which was kind of a bummer but luggage gets pounded at airports so I can't really be surprised. I just covered it over with sharpie and its hard to tell the paint is missing now. Well, well worth the $8!
