Excellent
Solove my purpose. Ya .. it takes 48 hours to dry. But superb. Mainly on grill where it not possible to reach all sides and corners. It saves 80% of labor to remove rust by hand or wire brush.

i used both Rust-x and Sika Rust converter
Earlier i have reviewed Rust-x rust converter. now i came to try Sika rust remover.1. Sika is thin watery liquid while Rust-x is whitish creamy thick liquid.2. Applying Sika needs extreme care because it is thin and gets spattered around also i felt fumes out of rust reaction from it. Felt burning like irritation on my skin wherever it’s tiny drops landed while brushing. but rust-x is safe on skin even with brushing vigorously.3. Result of sika is good with steel and very thin layer of rust only. But Rust-x just kills a thick layer of rust and converts it to smoothened water resistive layer satisfactorily.Yet no great point of use of sika for me. but results may vary according surfaces of application.

Didn’t clear rust well
The chemical is too harsh shows as if clearing rust but later screwed it up even more. By mistake used it on chrome and my bullet engine looks 25years old and worn out. Would suggest people not to use it on chrome and didn’t work to clear rust in the bullets nuts and bolts. 🔩

only diluted acid
All the claims of forming impermeable black coating are false. you can get the same result with diluted acid.

Excellent
What I was looking for. It clears the rust, easy to apply. Now they say that it prevent the rust to form again, so I am hopping that it will.
