Fibroids cured by tea? Yea right! NO!! I SWEAR! Buy it!!!
This will be a long TMI review but if you are looking for a tea that tastes good yes theres better ones like Yogi’s Dandelion Root Spice or Lot 35’s Jasmine Green Tea BUT if you’re looking for health benefits! BUY IT NOW BUY IT LIKE YESTERDAY!I will mention a few different products in here but let’s get to it ....So I knew I had a fibroid when I gave birth to my 2nd baby. Ob told me I had one a small one nothing alarming. Fast forward to almost two years later in January 2020 my period comes and it’s not normal. Lighter then usual bad cramps and only 4 days. Then two days later I bled and bled and bled I bled for 3 weeks straight. Blood clots leaking through super plus tamps. I was devastated my pr has been on point since I started at 10 years old. Always 30-31 day cycle and lasts for about 7 days. I thought I was dying no joke went to the er they treated me for some bs. Still leaking! I go to the best ob where I live. He’s like it’s fibroids gives me a Pap tests me for everything ultrasound I find out I have 3 but the bottom of one of the fibroids is on my uterine lining that’s what’s causing the bleeding. He gave me two choices medication that could possibly send me into early menopause or of course their fav SURGERY! Which I’m not scared of I’ve had the c sections and bbls and breast aug. no biggie! Pause! The catch is they could scratch my uterus- I can hemorrhage and need a hysterectomy or get scar tissue all with the possibility of never having anymore kids! And yes I have two daughters but what woman doesn’t want a mamas boy! So basically I still have baby making to do!I researched for days I came across a few videos and articles that have now changed my life! I won’t get into detail about what really causes fibroids it’s definitely inflammation RED MEAT DAIRY AND ALCOHOL you need to research it but what I can say is this tea is a life saver!I purchased a few things Raspberry Leaf Tea, Castor Oil Packs, Neprinol (systemic enzymes I use the one by Arthur Andrew), Vitex, Flax Oil and Dandelion Root Tea.The first day I had only received the raspberry tea I steeped 4 tea bags I drank it put in a new tamp went on with my day at work. Let me tell you ladies when I went to the bathroom a few hours later the bleeding was almost gone tamp dry. I thought I was tripping this had been the first time in almost 4 weeks that I didn’t soak a tamp. I drank four more that night the next morning I woke up expecting leakage the tamp had a little pink I was in shock. I took the vitex as well the next morning and the entire day I didn’t bleed. For about 5 days just the flax vitex and raspberry tea no blood! I’ve incorporated everything else I haven’t bled in two weeks.Buy this tea please if you’re having any issues with fibroids. I know you won’t be able to personally thank me just send prayers my way lol I’m telling you I’m still in shock.UPDATE: 4/25/22Ever since I started using this tea along with everything else I have not had random bleeding and also two of my fibroids are gone and the one that is left has reduced in size. I really believe in the products I have listed. I take flax and vitex every now and then but faithfully dandelion and raspberry tea every night. I use loose leaf tea as well whatever you prefer it all works!! Good luck ladies!

Holistic health...
One of my midwives recommended drinking red raspberry leaf tea and eating dates leading up to my due date. I did as I was suggested, after doing a little research online, and I had a very good delivery experience. So much so, I did my best to follow the recommendations again with my second child, and I had another good delivery. Look it up online before you use either of these products for that purpose, and talk with your doctor or midwife. I wouldn't say red raspberry leaf tea tastes wonderful, but I'm also not a huge tea drinker. You could add honey, sweetener, whatever you want to make your tea how you like it.

Perfect for pregnancy and periods
I am currently 35 weeks into my second pregnancy. I started drinking this tea last week as it has been shown to help prepare your uterus for giving birth. This tea is known to help tone the uterus and may even help shorten labor. Whether it does this or not, I can't say for sure, but I'll definitely drink some tea every night if it means I may have a shorter and/or easier labor! I drank this tea for the last few weeks of my first pregnancy. I was induced and labored for 12 hours, but was able to push my son out in less than 10 minutes with only 3 pushes! Was that because of this tea? I don't know, but maybe! My plan is to drink 2 tea bags every night for weeks 34, and 35, then increase to 4 bags for weeks 36 and 37, then 6 bags for weeks 38, 39, and 40. This is my plan for myself and by no means a replacement for professional medical advice. However my midwife did recommend drinking this tea starting at 34 weeks to help with labor and delivery. This tea is also known to help with period cramps. I can't speak to this, as I have only ever drank it during pregnancy, but there is a lot of information on the internet about the tea's benefits in menstruation. The tea bags come in 6 boxes containing 16 bags each. The boxes came in one big box with a tab to pull off in the front so that you can keep the boxes within the big box and still get to them easily. Last but not least, I did quite a bit of searching and this is the most cost effective way that I found to get this tea. I 10/10 would recommend!

Probably gave me an awesome first labor
When I was six months pregnant I was telling my midwife how I had been having frequent Braxton Hicks contractions since 4 months and that they were annoying me. She suggested red raspberry leaf tea to ease them. It did not ease my contractions though I drank a cup a day for the rest of my pregnancy, but on the day I gave birth, I woke up at 8am in early labor, which lasted maybe til 2:30pm. By 4:30, I decided it was time to go to the birth center, I was 8cm by the time I got there at 5:00, and my son was born by 7:35. VERY fast for a first labor. No pain medication or interventions necessary. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it's impossible to conclude that it had any effect on my labor experience. I also walked a mile a day or more for most of my pregnancy and come from a line of women who had multiple straightforward natural births each. Still, I'll be drinking it during my next pregnancy just to be on the safe side.
