This makes it a wonderful display piece for my little companion.Ease of Cleaning:One of the standout features of this enclosure is how easy it is to clean. The terrarium comes apart effortlessly, allowing me to reach every corner without any hassle. Maintaining a clean environment for my spider is crucial, and this terrarium makes that task incredibly simple and efficient.Ventilation:The ventilation is excellent, ensuring that there is always fresh air circulating inside the enclosure. This is essential for the health and well-being of my spider, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that the habitat is well-ventilated.Durability:The materials used in this terrarium are high-quality and durable. Nice habitat for our jumping spiders.

Cost effective! Clear! Functional as they are easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. Easy to open and close with a lock. Stackable! (I just realized that’s what the cutout on the front bottom is for!) Sturdy which is necessary since these get moved around multiple times a day. No scratches yet despite many people handling and moving.Only issue thus far is that one is the rubber bands used to secure the sides (etc) broke immediately when we used it. This wasn’t a problem because there were a few extra in the package, and you really don’t need to secure all 13 places. Habitat will stay together fine with a few missing. You can also just use a regular rubber band or hair tie in its place.

Great for my isopod breeder tank

I got this Small Terrestrial habitat to house my Dairy Cow Isopods, using it as a breeder tank.It feels a lot more fragile than I expected, particularly the lock and I have a strong feeling I will break the lock rather quickly. Luckily I'm handy and will come up with a lock after it breaks, even if it's just a zip tie so I'm not worried, just a little disappointed as I bought this specifically for the locking feature.I'm terrible at putting things together but I did and fairly quickly after a couple failed attempts. The directions were ok, but I need more specific instructions or I struggle.I wish I had put the prepped/moistened substrate in the bottom piece FIRST, before I put it together, because the static was unreal and some of the dry substrate and sphagnum moss flew against and stuck to the new, pretty, clear acrylic and I had to clean it, which was a pain. The substrate and moss are still wet 24 hours later and only the bottom piece shows humidity on the acrylic so I think it has good ventilation while still able to maintain some humidity.**Update**Just a few days after setup, I opened it to remove the molding food to see I have isopod babies already! This is very exciting since I've tried breeding others before but never in a small breeding tank. I've had some in a 10gal for over a year and still zero babies, but less than a week in this and I have babies! I think they're happy in there.

Nice home for Jumping Spider

The media could not be loaded. I really like this Zilla Mirco Habitat. Still don't even know how I have a baby jumping Spider??? I Hate ALL SPIDERS and I am terrified of them!! I somehow grew to want one after watching tons of videos on them after finding one in my car and killing it. My husband thinks they are sooooo cute. My little 1 and 6 yr old watch Lucas the Spider and even that dam cartoon spider freaks me out. Anyways...... I now have my very own tiny baby jumping spider. I even went to Petsmart and bought it Fruit flies. I had it in a small glass bowl at first and then I heard about this little enclosure on YouTube and I had to get it for my little baby spider. I don't know if the spider is a girl or boy. I think it likes it's home though. It was Crawling all around at the top and finally made a cozy little web between the yellow flower. Hasnt came out yet and has only ate once. I think this enclosure is really nice and I enjoy that it's clear so you can see your spider or whatever you choose to put in it. When you first get it there's a film on all of the pieces and you can't really tell that it can be peeled off, but YES it does come off. I really like the simple lock ontop as well. I didn't know how to open it at first until my husband showed me how. The bottom piece of the enclosure looks like a little pull out drawer but it's not. Even looks like it's open in pictures but it's not. Everything is held together by thick little bands. Might not sound sturdy but it is. The plastic is nice too in my opinion. I'm very happy with my purchase and for $20 I think it's worth it. Once again I love it! I hope my baby jumping spider does too.
