When I opened the box of what was supposed to be Lindor chocolates, it looked like a nasty melted mess of goo! The cardboard box was so saturated with the grease from the chocolates (because they melted) that the box looked like chocolate. What a mess!

You have to check to see who the seller is. I have purchased 3 sets of these truffles. My 1st set was excellent. I was very pleased with my order. So, l ordered a 2nd set. I didn't think about my 2nd order coming from a different seller. IT WAS GROSS!!!! Most of the chocolate had melted and the oil separated. I was able to get a full refund. Did some research and discovered that the two orders came from different sellers. I ordered a 3rd set from the original seller and the box arrived today. PERFECT CONDITION! Don't buy this product! I purchased for my daughter's wedding in May and most of the truffles are Halloween and other holidays as well as bizarre flavors so I can't use them! And it won't let me return them so money out the door, so angry! It said nothing about them being holiday themes!

Great product and price. Normally don’t write reviews but as I was getting ready to re order I seen the 2.8 star review and was confused. Anyways ours way a perfect assortment. There was a few flavors we didn’t like but that’s a person preference and not the products fault. As for the reviews that complain they were melted… it chocolate, if it sits outside in the sun until you get home from work what did you expect?

I received these and many of them were no longer round nice Lindt Chocolate Balls. They were smashed and indented and not at all nice looking. I am unable to return them but I won't be able to serve them in the shape they are in. I will never order from this company again. A few had melted and i am as only able to use maybe 25 of the 100 and tossed the rest gross

Delish! May have lead in them, however.

Very disappointed with the variety. 70% was dark chocolate and maybe only 2 of a few other variety and a little more of the other varieties. Pics attached for reference.. the dark chocolate is in a bigger container than the mixed variety.. won't be ordering again.. even the chocolate looks like it wasn't stored properly in right temperatures and looks dull and patchy

Disappointed there were mostly the blue wrapped dark chocolates - bought for party favors and wanted an even mix of flavors (which was advertised) - that didn't happen. 🙁
