2019 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 (16-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) (QWERTY English) Space Grey (Renewed)

Ordered as a Christmas present - received an upgraded model with an i9 chip and double the ram! Wow! One very happy son. Not a mark on it. Passed for brand new!

I needed a replacement for a ten year old MacBook Pro, which had begun to show problems in operation. Not being able to splash out for the full price of a brand new one, various kind friends pointed me in the direction of Amazon's Refurbished Store to find a used bargain. I must say I was initially skeptical about what state a nearly 5 year old machine might arrive in, but I was instantly surprised at how good the laptop looked on arrival. It really was in great condition for a device of its' age. Sure, if you really look closely, the casing has evidence of previous use, but nothing concerning, and the screen is absolutely scratch and mark free. It certainly lives up to its' description as being in 'excellent' condition. I must also comment on the packaging. You don't get Apple's own product box, but the seller's bespoke packaging is in many ways better than the original manufacturer's. The laptop was encased in a rigid inflatable plastic cocoon to protect it from knocks in transit, and then sealed in a stiff cardboard carton - excellent! Setting it up was very easy. It did take about an hour from powering up, but the majority of that time was loading the back up I took from my old laptop. Now I have a fully operational 'new' device with all my original files and apps intact. The screen is very comfortable to look at, and the audio quality through the internal loudspeakers is vastly improved over the old machine. My only query was in relation to the power unit/charger supplied. It doesn't have a logo on it, like my old one does, so I question whether it is actually an Apple original? I also can't really keep the old one as a spare because the connections are not compatible. All that said, it seems to be working perfectly well, so I am not overly worried over it. Overall I am very impressed with this refurbished Laptop, and so I would recommend this seller wholeheartedly. The acid test, of course, will be the longevity of the device in use, so I will reserve the right to update this review in the future, should I feel that to be necessary.

Having owned a macbook pro 2016 edition for 8 years now (which cost me approx £2600 back then). Well, I recently (and accidently) messed up the screen on it. Additionally the older versions (like mine) have a poor keyboard where some of the keys tend to stick, double type, or in some cases not work at all!! Buying a brand new one, was out of my budget. However to my surprise I stumbled across this supplier offering a 2019 version for just under £600. So decided to "BUY". WOW, to my surprise, arrived a day earlier than expected, was well packed and once I had removed the packaging, felt like I had bought me a brand new MINT condition Macbook Pro.!! I'm sooo pleased to up and running (problem free again). The moral of this story, is 1. If you are thinking of buying a MACBOOK Pro, but don't have the budget for a new one. Don't fear, MACBOOKS are so well made and always perform well, no matter how old. 2. This supplier delivered a mint version, a day earlier and with warranty. It's a NO BRAINER. The other good news is, I now have 2 MACBOOK Pro's. My 2016 version is now permanently plugged into a monitor and I use a seperate keyboard and mouse (Happy Days) :). What you waiting for? You WON'T be disappointed :)

I wanted to update from my 2017 macbook to a better one that will handle the heavy work of a music producer. This one is great and has a touch bar wich is very handy. Its very fast and you can run multiple apps at once wich is a big plus for me.The laptop's conditions are good except some small scratches on the screen and a dent at the back but however this does not effect its functionalityIt did arrive with a charger but unfortunately the plug was faulty and open like shown in the pictures. I have tried contacting the seller and waiting for a reply still.Overall i am happy with this purchase and i reallt recommend it to anyone wanting to upgrade a mac. Delivery was very fast and came a day earlier than it was meat to.

I bought this laptop on 1st November 2024, and it was delivered on the 2nd November. I'm making this review on the 22nd February 2025. And this laptop has been nothing but Amazing. Battery lasts long. Functionality is top notch. I am really enjoying the MacBook and I hope when I buy again for my family members, it's going to be nothing less than Awesome experience for them too. Thanks for a great experience.

I have recently tried logging into my MacBook and it comes up with password error? I have tried the only 3 passwords I’ve ever used since purchasing it! So I try to reset password via Apple ID and it comes up with the image attached RESET PASSWORD FAILED THERE ARE NO USERS ON THIS VOLUME TO RECOVER I put a post up on apple community and have been told there could be a problem with the logic board I understand there should be a warranty for a year surely this is covered by the warranty as I can not use my MacBook!!!I Sent this to the seller only for them to say to use the password I logged in with as stated it won’t log me in replied and a week later I have heard nothing from them can’t get hold of Amazon to help out either so basically I’m £600 out of pocketDidn’t want to have to review like this but maybe I will get a response from the seller
