I am having an issue with my AC system in Florida : (I purchased this AC unit just in case I could not get any quick service which is not unusual in Florida.I fabricated a small platform for an AC unit in a window and used some styrofoam on the sides and closedthe window on top of the ac unit in our bedroom. This AC unit is a wife saver : )

Modes good quality
Air conditioning run very cold in one hour awesome!!!! I recommend use manual switch than digital too confuse and messed up the program so I use manual switches so much easier just turn the switch on and go and the price is great bought for $136.00 good deal was $169.00

Clutch window air unit
I’ll say, this is my second from this brand, and this thing kicks cold air. It keeps up with keeping our larger living room cold (20x12’) even during 90 degree NC summer days. We needed this to hold us over while our HVAC was being serviced. However, I will note that in less than a week it started rattling on both low and high cool settings. The manual has tips for what to try when this happens but I haven’t tried them yet. Aside, from that rattle, we are very pleased with this windows unit!

Purchased 3 years ago and still going strong!
Never had an issue with this guy. It works reliably. Sometimes you'll hear the ice build up inside telling you to give it a break, though that's pretty standard with air conditioners. Zero complaints.

Have to cut some metal 🤘
It works. The bottom bracket on this AC is 1 1/4 inches, i had to cut the back of it off with an angle grinder to make the AC fit properly in my 1 1/8 inch window sill. So not the smoothest installation. This is also information that's not on the product's page and is why most of the pictures in the reviews you can see a big gap under the unit. (You can even see it in their marketing material photos)Once modified its good 👍
