Honey, Butter (milk), is all that is in it. My favorite is the cinnamon. All that's added to that one is the cinnamon

This product has been around forever. It is a Cinnamon Butter that is usually used on Waffles. I also use it on Cinnamon Bread for additional flavor. Not a cream cheese.

Never tried to freeze, used it up right away. its delicious
