Bought two NEW dryers and one appears to have been USED. One of the knock-outs had already been drilled

Takes a while to dry
I’m not sure if it’s bc it’s the “eco” friendly version, but it takes a while to dry your hands. There’s no heat until the unit is on for 10+ seconds. That’s just too long.
