IT DID NOT GO INTO enough detail

Absolutely worthless! A bad joke played on customers. And the icing on the cake was that I ordered this without noticing that there was actually a charge for this truncated, uninformative overview of Prime Music . In point of fact,it actually explained less than I already knew about Prime Music.I had hoped to learn : (1)Why the app frequently crashed and said: "...please contact Prime Music @ Yada, yada, yada.com for assistance.(2) Why I was unable to find music from my personal music collection that had been migrated to Prime, as well as music that I had previously purchased and downloaded from Amazon. (3) Why I couldn't access any Prime Music on my Kindle.I just hope that Mr. Bezos doesn't view sales of this item as a major component of a well thought out plan to subsidize his massive losses at The Washington Post.

This guide talked a lot about amazon Prime and other topics unrelated to helping me manage my prime music.Very little operational issues for my prime music, and what was there was limited. I want a refund, and to keep the guide. I just purchased a brand new kindle 3 weeks ago, and I do not feel I should have to pay for this guide. Doesn’t seem fair, and it was not very good. Since I just purchased a kindle, from Amazon, and joined prime, may I please have a refund? And keep the guide. Thank you.

Time consuming

I was expecting some whizzy tips and advice and it just shows me what I've already worked out by using the Amazon music app
