Easy to install and use.I'm replacing Norton with this one. Seems a great deal, better than Norton with less intrusive features.Pros:It is set it and forget it, the AV is not annoying you with tons of different stuff.Good AV protectionDoesn't slow the computer down10 devices including phones is a great deal for the priceHas optimization featuresGame mode works greatCons:VPN has a 200MB daily limit which makes it unusable for surfing

This is one of the most bold rip off and false advertisement we ever encountered. For a security suite which promise too give you peace of mind against fraud and rip-off the worst which can happen.We tested the product on 2 PC’s and things initially looked good. But then things developed quickly ugly and completely unaccep[table.Here the facts you should now:(1) Bitdefenders complete configuration ONLY works on-line via their own WEB page (Central). That is not only dangerous, when you live rural and out of internet you’re screwed(2) They collect personal data without your written consent like your physical address for example - unacceptable. Privacy = zero is exactly why you do NOT purchase an antivirus and protection software for!(3) Worst of all: As soon we tried to install the suite on a mobile device we got stuck and could not finish the installartion as we are not OK with the optional but data limited VPN. Whereas you can install the security suite w/o VPN on a PC,you can NOT on any mobile device, means smart phone, tablet , etc/. After over an hour with Bitdefenders gurus we were told “VPN is an integrative part of the mobile security suite, you can not install without! Don’t bother”. Well we do, as this nowhere mentioned or described. As the VPN is limited in data you can use per day and the unlimited VPN cost extra money, this is the most bold way to cheat you and suck more hard earned $$$ out of your pocket.We returned for a full refund and reported this false advertised product to Amazon for investigation.We only can recommend: Stay away from these crooks and buy another brand name Antivirus suite.

Installed without issue, product does a solid job so far of spam/virus protection. Where I think it falls flat is with its VPN. It is a nerfed version which is basically worthless, because it only allows for 200MB of data. Bitdefender is just trying to get you to pay for their full version for $39.00 more. I think this was a poor decision by Bitdefender, they should have just included a 30 day trial of the full version. The limited data lasted me all of two hours today. Shame on Bitdefender to market their product with a VPN benefit that has no real benefit. I was fair in my review in that the product works.

Bitdefender seems to be one of the better options on the market from my research. Installation was easy, the setup of new devices is simple. Its not very intrusive, only pop ups are relevant info such as notifying you of a data breach if you visit the website of a company that was hacked.Only real cons are:-They bundle in VPN but its only for 200mb/day unless you pay more (which makes it almost useless in most cases)- At renewal time they push their "sale price" to trick you into thinking you must renew at their "discounted price" (which is more expensive than this). But you can just re-buy this on amazon and add the code to your account. I can confirm this works for renewals (repurchased same one with the new year slapped on the name and added it to my account using the same steps to register)

I've always thought that anti-virus software was like putting up a picket fence around your computer, while the bad guys were driving tanks at your computer. The anti-virus gave you a false sense of security, but if the bad guys want in, there is no stopping them.Then I got BitDefender. It is the least obtrusive, quietest Anti-virus I've ever had. It is no resource hog like certain programs. It was so much in the background, I wondered if it was even doing anything.Then came this past Saturday. I was in the middle of working and all of a sudden, what I was working on shut down and BitDefender popped up with a warning that I had just been the victim of a Ransomware attack.BitDefender blocked most of it, but it did encrypt some files, which Bitdefender was able to unencrypt! I've never heard of a program being able to do that. It told me the source of the attack was those gadgets that so many of us have on our computers. If I could give Bitdefender 10 stars, I would. It saved my computer.

Effective product, but not easily configured. Good value, but not like other Internet Security products. Would not repurchase.

Program was very easy to install on all computers and other devices. It seems very easy to use and the money program easy to setup. Very satisfied customer so far.
