Very tasty, but customers should be aware that this IS quite a sweet-tasting product (coconut sugar).

I love this!
I did not realize that carob is almost as healthy as good quality cocoa, at a fraction of the price I like the taste of carob powder, and I use this in my drinks and baked goods and my morning Oatmeal. If I am craving a chocolate mug cake after dinnerI use carob powder and I do not worry about caffeine because this is free from it, unlike Cocoa. I highly recommend this product 👌

Mixes well, good for carob brownies, baking
This is a very good carob powder. It mixes well in milk, and is particularly good for baking. It has a finer consistency than some of the other carob powders I have tried. It is a great substitute for cocoa powder with a better glycemic profile and more fiber, so blood sugar control is easier. I cannot handle caffeine in cocoa powder, the carob actually helps with my energy, but without the jolt that caffeine produces.
