TWIN-TOWN 12-Inch 60 Teeth Steel and Ferrous Metal Cermet Saw Blade with 1-Inch Arbor

After trying several metal cutting blades, I can confidently say this one is among the best. It cuts through thick steel, up to 1/4", effortlessly, leaving a clean, polished finish with no burrs. I've compared it to more expensive brands, like Makita, and this blade performs just as well, if not better. I recommend using a lubricant and cutting slowly to prevent overheating, which can lead to tooth loss. So far, it hasn't dulled significantly, and I expect it to last a long time based on its performance. Overall, it's a great value and highly recommended for anyone working with metal!

Was unsure with the reviews. I have to assume that a few bad blades make it out to customers but also some may just be destroying them. I did my learning on the factory blade on my evolution saw. Went up in tooth count for this blade, it is excellent. Several 45° cuts on 2x2x 1/8 steel square tube , a few cuts on 1.25 .063 square steel at 90 and 45 and it cuts like the first cut. I think some dulling is expected relatively quickly, so I don't expect it to last long, and consider a blade a consumable per project. Will order again for next project. Cut slow, let the saw do the work, and if cutting 90 square, use the clamp attachment to hold stock in the diamond orientation.

I was burning through diablo blades and decided to try a different brand. So happy I did, this blade just keeps on cutting. 5 stars

It's pretty good blade, but get about 40 cuts of 3/16 steel plate and angle before it just quits cutting anything. I'll take some blame using non-metal cutting saw to cut. It did the job, so I got one more blade.

Used at our hoop building business to cut 2" galvanized pipe. At least once a week we cut 50 pipes give or take. Lasted 8 months. So I'm guessing it made about 1700 cuts. Was still cutting, but slower so we changed it. Half the price of evolution. Worth the money.

I purchased this saw blade in May of 2024. It worked well for a few cuts of 1/4" Angle Iron, and I was impressed. I recently went to use the blade again, but it struggled to cut 1.5" 3/16" steel square tube. Having checked the blade the kerfs have been worn away, the blade teeth are clean, but no longer have the kerf designed to cut. Disappointing, I am reaching out to the manufacturer today as I can see no information on warranty of this item. With a little use as I have had, I wish I had chosen better.

Got this for my 10 inch (wood) chop saw to get some clean square cuts on some metal tubing. Cuts excellent. Cut about 40 cuts on 1.5 square tube 3/16 wall, about 20 cuts on 3" exhaust tube and a bunch of cuts on angle iron so far and its still cutting great. Will definitely be buying more of them when needed. Oh and ear plugs

Worked excellent, cut 4 cuts of 2" thick wall tube at 3200 rpm at 15 degrees.
