i was worried about ordering this on line, it looked right but i was unsure.it was perfect and easy to install.

The pups broke the bottom flap off our door. This flap was a perfect replacement and it’s like having a whole new door.One tip that isn’t clear in the instructions, when you are removing the plastic pin cap don’t twist. Pull straight out because the cap has a notch. It won’t twist.Otherwise replacement was easy and only took a few minutes.

I’ve had this pet door for over 15 years and didn’t want to replace the entire unit when my dog tore off one of the flaps. It was so easy to install! It works perfectly.

I have 9 dogs (my babies). This is THE best door of all. I have 3 doggy doors in my house and the ones with the soft flap do not last and are expensive to replace. This is the best one. It lasts. My dogs charge in and out like rockets through this particular doggy door and it has held up. Happy with purchase. Worth every penny because of its durability.

The old doggie door broke. He likes looking out to check the weather, as well as going back and forth. He is a 45 pound Lab mix.The instructions were easy to follow. Im not the best handyman but did not have any problems. It wirked the first try. This is better than flexible flap doors.The rubber hinges on these are a weak spot. They wear out un a few years. That is why I only gave 4 stars. Metal might be better. Even so, these are a good product while they last.

So glad there was a replacement option for the flap only. Although I couldn't install it myself, someone did it fairly quick and said it was easy!It's a perfect fit!

Okay so I have the smaller door for my cats, and the bottom flap fell off/the rubber seal that connects it to the middle piece finally tore. Many people say theirs have done that too, hence the replacement door. But these break in roughly a year, the replacement isn’t cheap!I actually took the plastic pieces apart on the new one apart and took the rubber seals out. Since you can remove the rubber pieces, you have two replacements instead of one 😊This also means you don’t have to take the entire door off too!To do this: there’s screws on the plastic window on both sides. You have to loosen those screws up on the side where the broken seal is, then gently separate the plastic with a flathead screw driver to allow you to slide the black rubber piece out. Since the flap already fell off, I tossed that part, and took the bottom flap off the new door leaving the seal/rubber on the bottom and the black piece on the top. Then take that new piece over to the door and slide it back in place 😊 obviously this will only work if one of the rubber seals is busted, but definitely saves money!Very happy since these doors aren’t cheap. The replacements are quality though, looks exactly like the original.

Llego incompleta para instalar supongo que por el precio que pague fue un saldo . Pero improvisando ya quedo y funciona bien .

This door is a replacement for a 12 year old existing ideal pet door. Can’t rate this product highly enough.
