Great Product Support
I purchased 2 of these 1 and 2 years ago. I did way too much research looking for a bib cock that was fully body stainless (not plated) and had a ceramic valve. This one checked the box so I bought it and installed it for a custom RO system in a million dollar home. 2 years of heavy use later and it started a slow drip. I pulled apart the valve and cleaned it as well as silicone faucet greased it. I can confirm the valve is ceramic and the build was well engineered. The dripped slowed drastically but it did not stop. I reached out to the seller and they sent me full replacements for both bib cocks. This is superb in 2025 where sellers disappear. Excellent warranteed service and I would highly recommend.

This looks fantastic, so if its in a high vis area use this. Looks great, moves smoothly and seems to work great.

Do Not Buy this, threads are not US standard threading
This does not work with US threading, going to return item, looks nice but without adapters useless

G thread, European standard, Not standard 1/2" pipe thread!
This should really be made clear in the item description, it is not, it will NOT fit a standard US 1/2" NPT pipe thread. NPT pipe thread is what is standard in the US for plumbing fixtures. A real shame because it looks nice and functions nice and smooth. If you want, you can find the adapters on Amazon. Just search for G thread adapter.

It's the only one really made completely with Stainless Steel
I have been looking for faucets made of Stainless Steel only, first one I've been able to find. All other are Stainless Steel on the outside but Bronze on the inside.

Leaks after a few months
The spigot worked fine for about a month, then it started dripping. There are no replacement parts to fix it so left to buy another one. Buy this if you want something that will need to be replaced in 1 month.

We had to search and purchase an adaptor to use this faucet with a regular hose. The parts that come with the faucet are not regular size and are too small
