This learning toy is very well made. The plastic is egg case is heavy and well-constructed, not flimsy at all. The eggs fit together well and are also of good quality. Both have survived being played with by a toddler who may have 'cracked' a few eggs on the hardwood floor- no damage to the eggs or floor! The colors are bright and the 18month old toddler has stayed interested in this toy even though she hasn't quite been able to match the eggs together perfectly yet. I would certainly purchase again!

Do you enjoy spending hours trying to put all the parts of toys back together? If so this is the toy for you. First off, kids love this. It was well received and played with from the moment it arrived. However cleanup time comes and even though it never left the room your missing half of one egg. You assume it’s going to show up. Your wrong. It’s in the phantom zone now. You try to not let it bother you that you’re half an egg away from having it all together. Then half of a different egg goes missing. You tear apart the kids room looking for the missing pieces. You expand your search to areas of the house the eggs never would have been because there has to be some explanation as to where the egg halves go. No luck. Give up. Fine half an egg randomly out in the open one day. How.... how... where?? No explanation as to how it showed back up. Consider yourself blessed. Then fast forward 6 months to when you take out the bubble mower and discover that there is a opening the exact size of the egg and the other half has been wedged down there since day one. Drink a bottle of wine in celebration and wrap that carton of eggs in duct tape until you can gift it to an unsuspecting first time parent. All in all very entertaining toy. Your going to laugh, cry, contemplate the existence of other dimensions.

Toddler interested in learning about shapes. He loves the eggs and gets so excited about getting surprised on what shape is inside the egg. Ease to use, helps toddler work on motor skills by opening the egg/ trying to put the egg together and closing it. Great quality.

I can't say how these compare to all the other similar ones on amazon, since I only bought this type, but they are great. They pull apart easily enough to not frustrate weak little hands, yet stick together well enough they didnt come apart when the toddler decided to throw them around. I detected no "plastic stink", even when washed in hot water, and I have a very strong sense of smell, so I believe they are good, stable, nontoxic materual. Our set had no flaws- not a single rough edge or anything. The kids kept stowing them in an xmas stocking during the holiday visit, rather than placing them in the case, so I was considering sewing a drawstring bag for storage. But the advantage of the egg carton is that you will easily see if any are missing, without having to count. They do tend to roll under the couch etc so that is helpful. I am very pleased with this item.

Got for our 2 year olds birthday. A wonderful learning toy. Color learning, shape and hand eye coordination. A toy to grow with them.

My 15 month old LOVES this toy! He is easily able to open them and has started to be able to put them back together after a few days of playing around with it. I really appreciate that it was made so it’s easy enough for him to open and close the eggs. It’s such a darling toy, so happy with my purchase!

My daughter loves these eggs, at 2 she can get these back together and name some of the colors. Great for fine motor skills, color learning and shape learning. They get thrown all over the house and are in excellent condition still.

My son played with these from age 2 to now 4! They are great for many ages.

It's like real Egg

Gifted it to a friend's son. He loved it, played a lot (throwing around). The quality of this toy was very good, all eggs were shiny and nice to touch, the size is like the real egg pack.
