Versatile
Great quality and a versatile piece of equipment for my home gym

Perfect for hip thrusts
I'm 5'4" and the 12" side works perfect for hip thrusts. This is the perfect addition to my home workouts and very pleased with how sturdy it is (yet still soft on the back). I know it has other uses but I bought it mainly for my hip thrusts so reviewing for that 😊

This box is fantastic for working g out on/with!Sit up’s, lunges, squats, rows… Buy it.

Not sturdy
It is a soft box so it is not sturdy for your ankles, but more importantly, it is a small box so it is not sturdy to jump on. It wobbles and because it is light, it slides. Box jumps are not recommended.

Perfect size for short people!
I was looking for something I can use to rest my back on while doing hip thrusts. I am a short person, about 5 feet tall, so the youth size actually worked perfectly for me! The block is foam so it is comfortable to rest your back on, but it’s also very high quality, dense foam that seems like it will hold up to a lot of weight. It’s light weight and easy to move. Also, the fabric outer layer is easy to wipe down!
