Amazing sound from little box!
Wanted one of these since they came out and finally pulled the trigger. Was not disappointed. Amazing what they can do these days with speakers in a small enclosure.I have this in a small 12X12 room and in that room, it has more than adequate bass. Mids and highs are crisp and clear. For a small box, I don't expect it to cast an image like a serious 2 channel system would- but I'd rather have crisp vocals than electronic controlled imaging that sounds tinny and bright. I only use it through Roon and it works flawlessly. I have several small speakers including a Meridian F80, BlueSound Pulse 2, Peachtree m24, Peachtree Deepblue, Elac Discovery z3, and a bunch of bluetooth portable speakers- I think this may be my favorite of the bunch.I don't think I would have purchased at the original $900 price, but at the reduce price they're at now, it's well worth it!

Big bold sound from a small footprint.
This unit produces huge sound that belies it's tiny size. Dynamic lifelike sound, a real depth to the music throughout the whole musical range. It's solidly built, and looks like the pricey speaker it is. Compared to other high end portable units, there were a few more steps involved to get it running. For one, the Naim phone app can not be accessed until Wi-Fi is connected. This app is necessary to control the sound settings, room placement settings, streaming radio stations, etc. Overall, I give this speaker 5 out of 5 stars.

defective device, 5 days after seller received return and still no refund/replacement in process?
Ordered Muso QB v1 device to expand my multi-room Naim Muso system. Seller assured me prior to ordering that devices are tested at max volume. Because I have Naim Gen1 devices already installed it was very easy to benchmark the "renewed" device and determine it had a faulty and/or loose, rattling bass driver, for some pieces around 2/3 volume, others 3/4. Identical Naim units did not rattle loosely like the "renewed" one from Hyper Microsystems.Seller signed for my return 5+ days ago but their testing process for returns is clearly way more rigorous than their testing process for outbound devices because I still have not received a refund or a tracking number for a replacement. I supplied them with detailed and song-specific instructions for how to reproduce the defect. Was hoping to order multiple of these but should have realized there's no free lunch, "renewed" or otherwise.

Wonderful speaker.
I've been streaming more music from YouTube (which is improving the sound quality of many of their videos), so I purchased the Naim Muso and the Naim Mu So Qb seemed to be the perfect compliment. It was. I have a couple complaints as I bought to renewed version. There wasn't a remote. I'm not sure if one was supposed to be included. The second is about the product line. Many of the fine tuning functions are only available if you download the Naim app to your phone or iPad. Apps simply make my phone work slower. It's an Apple less than a year old. I also do not trust apps as most of them track things you do. Having been hacked 5 times in the past 10 years, I wish all apps would only do what you want them to do. Their download agreement should not be longer than a paragraph. All third party cookie agreements should be made illegal. There has to be a better way to adjust the tone and other functions than downloading an app to your phone. Back to the speaker. It sounds incredible, the sound comes out of three or four of the sides sides. It's a handsome unit. It can easily handle delicate classical recordings as well as heavy metal, like Pearl Jam & Korn. They will play in stereo if you buy an optical splitter that comes out of your television ($12) and spit the signal before you hook them up. Now my TV stereo sound as good or better than the one I had built into the walls. That stereo plays CD's, DVDs & Blue Rays in Dolby 5 channel. I hate that system because there are so many hidden functions as well. Switching from stereo to 4 or 5 channels seems nearly impossible. I long for the day of just stereos and 3 switch or dial televisions. You can not find an easy to use middle ground when you have to combine RCA plugs and HDMI. Everything has become too complicated.

Product review
Product looks nice and is easy to use but I must admit I was disappointed how it compared to my Bose system I have that I paid less for.
