Dell OptiPlex 9019 Ai 23 ins Desktop all in one computer
I received this computer on August 26, 2020, ordered it in May. This computer was a lemon! I could never connect to wifi good even with an extender and it stopped working completely, it will not turn on at all. Now, I have no desktop computer to use at home.

Looks like new & runs great
I exchanged out the HD with a SSD drive and this cheap computer is very fast. Highly recommend this for someone who is looking for a fast computer for doing everyday things or for regular business processes.It even runs great with high HD and CPU programs like Quickbooks.

Computer working fine, product listing not so much...
Says it has WiFi installed, does NOT. Had to buy an adapter. Otherwise, it cranked right up and worked like a DELL should. No complaints there. So far so good for a refurb!

Terrible condition. Not as decribed.
"This Certified Refurbished product is tested and certified to look and work like new."Not even close. This thing looks like a hand-me-down from an angry kid. Completely covered in scratches, scuffs, tape and, fingerprints. It showed up wrapped in a garbage bag. This is the most misleading description I've seen.I will not be buying from the seller again.

Nice computer
A solid computer. Not a powerhouse, but it fits casual needs like internet browsing and office work very well and the AIO design makes it take up less space than a bulky monitor + tower.
