Wera5030170001 1578 A/6 Electronics Screwdriver Set and Rack, 6-Piece Set

First off, I purchased these as a replacement for some poorly made screwdrivers from the 'other' brand. I am happy to say these have exceeded my expectations.The quality of these screw drivers are great. The tips are very accurate and the blade is very strong. Even on the thinnest blade, you won't be bending these anytime soon. The tips themselves are not smooth, they have a very fine texture which provide a slightly better grip than regular chromed or polished tips. None of the screwdrivers had mis-aligned blades, they were all dead on straight, so they all spun smooth with no wobble issues.The handles have a great design and are properly sized. The hex shaped roll stops work like they are supposed to and even keep the tips off the table. The middle hump and rubber grip inserts really help when you need extra torque, though the rubber grips seemed too smooth to me, as I would have liked a textured design. The tops spin freely and long enough to grab with your palm, or place your finger on, which there is also a nice recess for. Some other drivers are too short in this area, making the tops unused and therefore useless. The handles are molded on as usual, with clean and precise mold lines and breakpoints. These are very well made screwdrivers, you would probably have to go to full on aluminum handles to get any better than these.The bonus rack is a good extra, though being very light makes for a two handed ordeal to get a screwdriver out. You can basically pickup the entire rack with drivers trying to get one out. While the holes that go through the rack were actually for other models of screwdriver sets, it also makes for some easy mounting holes, which instantly makes for a great wall mounted rack.

I received the set a couple of months ago and they’re sturdy and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to include a carrying case.

Definitely a quality tool that feels good in the hand. They're grippy without feeling rubbery, and the added circumference adds an ease of use in providing either greater or more measured torque when compared against the cheaper variety of drivers with the slim metal handles. The tips are finely machined and while they feel durable, I'm sure the smaller slotted drivers could bend if abused.

I like the fit of the screwdrivers, just the right size for doing DDC controls and keeps the electronics safe because of the esd protection they provide. The length of each is just right and the swivel caps are the icing on the cake! Just what I've been looking for.

These drivers are amazing! The torque on them is perfect, I have yet to find a screw that they couldn't undo. I absolutely love the product!

I've never understood why Wera sets include a zillion straightblade drivers, and like one or two Phillips. Where I'm from, straightblade screws are all but extinct, especially on small electronics and stuff!So I'm happy to report that I evicted one of the re-re-re-re-redundant straightblades, and backfilled it with a 05030110001 which is a PH #00 driver, and neatly complements the #0 and #1 already in the set. It fits the holder perfectly and looks like it belongs there.Because it does. C'mon, Wera!

I have larger then average hands and most handles on precision screwdrivers are a little hard for me to use. I like these because they are fairly large for the screwdriver size. Its easy for me to turn small screws and make fine adjustments with these.The quality is very good, and the ESD is a nice feature when you are working with electronics.

These are super high quality. My one complaint is they don't offer a nice zip up case. However the stand does hold them in place in my tool box drawer on its side.
