Great Book but it's damaged

The book is no doubt a 5 star but I have given 4 star because it was damaged which is not good experience as I am a huge fan of this series and was looking forward to this book. I hope the seller or the amazon reviews there product and check before sending as damage products can be hurtful sometimes.
