Spring Chef XL Pastry Blender, Durable Dough Blender For Baking - Red

Best pastry cutter! It is sturdy, works very well and has a comfortable handle.

For years I have cut butter or shortening into flour using a fork. This method works but takes a lot of effort. This pastry cutter does the work quicker with much less effort. Don't know why I waited so long to purchase.

Very surprised, this is very well made with strong metal tines and a lovely sturdy cushioned handle. The XL is not to big or clumsy to use. I highly recommend this product.

This is first time having the need for this type of utensil. Much better than using a fork or 2 knives. Does what is supposed to do. Very satisfied with seller and transaction.

Like many people during covid I was bitten by the sourdough craze. When I discovered buttermilk sourdough discard biscuits, I went to an entirely new level in my biscuit making. Blending the flour, discard, buttermilk and other secret ingredients can be messy, but that's product ensures a well-blended dough ready for folding, cutting, baking and eating too many sourdough discard biscuits before I go to bed each night. Get a small handheld nylon brush for cleaning the size that covers four knuckles, and this product becomes a breeze to clean. Durable well-made product as well should last a lifetime.

Size XL, fits my small hands ok, easy to use, easy to clean. I‘m happy with my purchase.

This tool is great sturdy and want break like my other one.

Easy to use and sturdy
