Are all boxes shabby looking and toren? Its a present so packaging is important

Sorry, it's some months ago that I bought a Mamas & Papas rocking horse and I don't remember what condition the packaging was in. I do remember that we initially thought we had been sent the wrong rocker as the legs wouldn't fit. The trick was to pull the legs apart front to back. Apparently this was a deliberate feature of the design.

What is the maximum weight to sit on it?

Not very sure but my LO is 15kg and she rides on it fine

What age range is this suitable for? 12 months to what age?

I think by age 2 they will be looking for the next challenge
