Inherited a tablet with a charging issue. Screen would only flash and tablet never charged. I ordered this battery kit and had no trouble replacing the old battery. Tablet is now working almost like new. Battery life doesn't quite seem as long as the original specs but is definitely not an issue

Fit like a glove

The instructions provided were good, I was able to put the battery in with just a bit of a hassle. It does not hold a charge. I have to charge after every use, even if only a few hours. I use my tablet to read e-books. Now I read with it plugged in whenever possible.:-(

This was an easy install using YouTube videos. I've only had it in for a few months, but so far the Tablet works as good as it did when new. I use this Tablet to store and run OpenCPN Marine Navigation App. Replacing the battery allowed me to continue using an older tablet and saved having to re-download and installing the software and all of the charts. No reason to pay for an upgraded, expensive new Tablet when the old one does everything I need it for.

The battery came on time as promised. I was very concerned as the the NewPower99 box was open. However all was still inside, but the battery was not in the protective poutch. Followed instructions to open the tablet, removed the old battery installed the new one closed the tablet, and turned it on. All worked fine and the tablet is back alive. The tablet is plugged in now to fully charge.

The hardest part on installing new battery, was separating the cases, just take it slowly . When installing the battery careful with the 10 tiny screws,easy to loose them.Make sure the cable connection block locks are closed,use new tape over them to be sure.Test you tablet with the back off, when your sure it's working turn it off.Install rear cover slowly, then plug in tablet to charge it, mine showed 100%The replacement battery comes with screwdriver and two plastic levers.Very pleased with, the video, and tools.The battery was a perfect fit. Make sure you confirm it will fit your tablet.It's a good feeling to succeed with this project. Enjoy, take it slowly.

Although I saw much cheaper batteries, some almost 50% less, I did not want to chance getting sub-par batteries with short life span and have to do this again. I watched the video on Youtube once all the way through before starting and then had it for reflection. Followed the clear instructions in the video and, boom! My tablet was back! Easier than I thought itbwould be. I will update in a couple months with battery life review.
