Tried it in different chargers that came with the unit but still no luck and like I said I even bought new rechargeable batterie
One of the phones I could not get to hold a charge, not sure if it was the phone or charger. New batteries didn't even hold the charge. I ordered the Panasonic Factory Refurbished KX-TG4773B + 3 KX-TGA470B HANDSETS (6 Cordless Handsets total) DECT 6.0 PLUS Expandable Digital Corded / Cordless Phone System from Good As New Electronics. All the handsets and chargers worked properly, with the exception of one of the chargers. The faulty charger actually discharged the handset batteries rather than charging them. I called Good As New Electronics and reported the problem. With no hassle, they shipped a new charger and base. The replacement charger worked properly. I most certainly would order further equipment from Good As New Electronics, based on this purchase experience.

Good refurbished phone system
Refurbished phone system works great. The base unit only puts one load on my OBI100 VOIP unit. The remotes talk thru the base unit. I disconnected all other phones in the house. Three of the charger cradles stopped charging the phones. Looked on the internet and found a solution. I took the units apart and re-soldered the joints adding more solder. They all work fine now.

Nice Phones
These work great. Extra points for using a standard battery instead of a special battery. Drops from the counter top to the hard wood floor don't phase them.

Good phones. Great price. I got these phones for my elderly mother. They have large buttons, easy to follow instructions, and it's easy to turn the volume up and down during conversation.Mom is VERY happy with these phones. If mom is happy, I'm happy. :-D Highly recommend these phones from Good As New Electronics.

Good Range & Easy to set-up
This unit was set up in just a few minutes. Works well in a two story 4000sq-ft brick building. We use it to call within the building and the intercom to talk to each other in different places within the building.
