Here’s what happened: In my 24-pack order, about six packs arrived looking dry and not quite right. I reached out to their team, and they responded within the same day offering to send replacements at no extra cost. That kind of service really stands out. As for the pasta itself: it’s fantastic! The taste is great, and the fact that it’s only 9 calories per serving still blows my mind. I usually pair it with homemade sauces to keep things healthy and avoid added sugars or processed ingredients. Since making the switch from regular pasta, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my weight loss progress. I heated 1 pouch up for 5 mins in a pan with some pesto, added some roasted chicken and it was lovely. Light and hit the spot! Great pasta replacement.

The noodle makes a great substitute for standard wheat pasta. I think the large soup noodle is the best. Although the texture is not quite the same as standard wheat pasta, it is really quite good when mixed with a sauce or topping. I made fettuccine alfredo with the Skinny Pasta and it was very satisfying! It was filling, looked good, and smelled good. I made it four times! If you want to enjoy a pasta dish but lower your calorie and carbohydrate intake, I recommend Skinny Pasta. I WILL be buying it again!
