Paid about £15 for 3 of these bottles which seems a bit pricy but they do the job. They actually hold slightly more than 500ml - 500ml will take you about half way up the narrow neck. Caps seem ok but they are the sort that can easily bend - you can buy replacements though if needed.

BPA poisoning from plastics is highly acknowledged by experts and industries around the world, yet plastics (which are also non-reusable on the shelf) are still used most abundantly. Glass is infinitely recyclable and contains no harmful byproducts.

Got these to bottle my raspberry gin for Xmas gifts. Unfortunately the lids were dented on arrival so didn’t feel able to use them as gifts as it didn’t look nice , they looked as if they had been used. Will go for different type this year.

I bought the bottles to decant my flavoured gin into. They are just what I wanted (should have made more gin to fill the third one- still there's always next year!).

I use the bottles for storing water and squash in the fridge

The bottles came well packaged and were great for what I ordered them for which was to use to pop a message in a bottle and put to sea. One bottle the seal on the lid was faulty so before opening it was already just turning and not secure enough to attempt to use but the other two were fine.

Cheap glass has a seam all the way around from top to bottom - i guess you get what you pay for
