Case-Mate iPhone 6 Plus Barely There Case - Clear

This clear case is fantastic. Others have noted the button issue but it has not been an issue for me thus far - volume, on/off buttons have worked without a hitch.I've always been that guy who never put a carrying case on a cell phone because I didn't want to hide the "look" but finally gave in and decided to give this a try given how expensive the iphone 6 plus is (my wife got the case first so I was able to check it out in advance). Can't believe I'm saying this but I have to say I actually like the look of the phone better with the case. I no longer need to worry about scratching the back and coupled with the Tech-Armor ballistic glass screen cover (bought thru Amazon), I'm hoping it'll protect the phone until I trade it in for a newer model (in a year or 2). At $13 a pop (free with Discover cash back), it's a bargain in my book.

For the first two months, it worked well. I had dropped the phone a couple times indoors with no damage, but then I dropped it on the sidewalk when rushing to get out of the car (it had been on my lap) and the screen shattered despite having a zagg shield. The issue was that the case and the zagg shield do not meet around the perimeter of the phone and the phone made impact at the bottom edge where the case does not cover the device at all. So the case is beautiful and functional for light wear and indoor drops, but it likely won't fare well with an outdoor drop, even if you have a shatterproof shield.. Know your klutz factor when you buy this case!

love the fit, feel and look but had to return the first one due to vloume buttons not working and the replacement I recieved still has some issues with the buttons. These work but you have to press them at the very top edges or they do not work. Fast shipping and super easy exchange process.

Really like the minimalist look but it will not protect your phone from cracking if you ever drop your phone the wrong way. I broke my iPhone6 Plus with this but I still bought this to replace it because I love how thin and minimalist this is.

This a great, minimalist case with a significant flaw. The case is nicely shaped and matches the curves of the iPhone 6 better than any of the other minimalist cases I've tried--caseology and elago. It also has a great soft touch. My wife had the barely there for her iPhone 5 for two years and it survived a few drops from waste height without any damage to the phone--but you should recognize it only provides minimal protection.My complaint with the iPhone 6 barely there is that coating has worn off completely at the corners after less than 6 weeks. It makes it look cheap, as if a protective, shipping coating has only partially been removed. The underlying plastic is glossy and if I were to try to completely strip off the barely there coating would not be desirable.

I love this case. I'm not a big fan of buying a slim phone and then putting it inside a bulky case. This case provides just enough drop protection and a little more grip to make the phone easier to hold. The entire bottom is open so you can use a wide range of cable on it. The opening for the camera is large so you dont get the ghost effect from the flash like you do with other cases. Would definitely buy again

Similar to the other barely there cases, thin and functional.Only reason I am giving 4/5 is because I would prefer they stuck with the old design of having a button cut out instead of built in buttons on the case. This however would not have stopped me from purchasing this item.

Bought almost 2 mos. ago and still looks good, except for two small lines that run parallel down the back side. Seems like that's part of how the mold is made. Would rather not see them, but no big deal really.

Case mate - love their stuff, as slim as possible as I hate paying all that cash for a lovely looking slim phone only to cover it in a massive case. Covers all the edges and there is a slim lip around the edge of the screen that should protect the phone is a small drop / bump. don't think it would survive a 6ft drop to concrete but then that's what the massive cases are for :)

Just what I wanted. This case provides decent protection without adding too much weight or bulk to my phone.

Wrong product! Whats listed here is Iphone 6 Plus Barely there case and whats being shipped is Naked Tough case.Idea was to get an ultra slim cover, but this is bulky - there are other better tough and bulky cases like Spigen!

Great case.Preserves the great look of the phone and fits very well.But it is only really for scratch protection I think - not sure it would help that much in a fall although it is a hard plastic plus extends slightly higher than the screen so would help if phone face down.Given that, great case.

Good case fits 6s well and is fairly durable whilst not adding too much bulk to the phone
