First day, slept better. Second day too, but noticable clumbsiness lingers. Third day started getting light headed and could tell my thinking was altered. Be careful on the dosage. This one might be a bit much... Waited a week, tried just one. Noticed slight clumbsiness after waking. Might try a half or 1/3 of this in a few days.

I love a good bulk for a great price!

I have taken Ashwagandha for years. I bought this brand about a month ago. This is 2.5 times stronger that what I had been taking. I have noticed the last week or so, that I am sleeping better than I have in years. I usually wake up every 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. This last week, I have been sleeping 4-6 hours at a time. I haven't changed anything else. It must be this Ashwagandha. I hope I have finally found a remedy for my insomnia.
