In hind sight I should have returned it which end up as a junk box part but to shorted heat sinks
Sorry for delay on review. I was working on the support items i.e. cooling fans and a water radiator system. When I received the part it was damaged in spite of excellent packaging far better than China. Part was inside a padded plastic bag and inside a cardboard box. I opened the box and one of heat sinks was bent toward the center of the circuit board. In my past experience this usually meant a cold solder joint not a big deal however this was no the case as the pins that hold the heatsink were sheered part in the board and part in the heat sink WOW! this had to thrown down to do this. More later! I am not sure how much space I have

item packaged fairly good. it works right out of box with one exception. the copper tubing coil leads were not long enough to connect to the back connector. fortunately i had some 1/4in copper tubing laying around. would be nice if it was just 1in longer. anyways, it works.

How to resolder entire board
I'm glad I watched other people's reviews... It was full of cold solder joints on the back... It would have gotten five stars if not for cold joints
