This is great - picture is a strip of soft red wood (pine colour) that I applied just one coat to, gives a really nice colour, almost walnut looking whilst leaving the grain nice and visible. A little goes a long way, you really don’t need to apply much and I recommend brushing/thinning out as much as you can to make sure you don’t overdo it!

Bought this for my partner to use on his walking stick, went on beautifully and he’s really pleased with it.

I used this wood stain to restore some solid wood chairs I bought second hand. After a good sanding, this stain did a great job of deepening and darkening the overall tone of the wood and sat well with my dark finishing wax too. First time using this particular brand (I usually use Colron) but was very impressed. NB I used the ebony stain on mahogany.

Happy with product. After sanding the wood it soaked in quickly. Used on hand rail at home. A little goes a long way. Recommend

I’ve used plenty of wood stains over the years, some good, some forgettable, but this is, without question, the worst of the lot. Calling it a “wood stain” is generous. It’s essentially tinted water. You can apply coat after coat (and I mean at least ten) and still struggle to get any meaningful colour into the grain. Instead of enriching the wood, it just sits there doing absolutely nothing. A proper stain should have some body, some pigment, this has neither. It’s baffling that this product has managed to rack up 5-star reviews; it genuinely makes you question whether we’re all using the same bottle? Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration. This isn’t just poor, it’s completely ineffective.

Varias maderas y en todas el mismo resultado. He dado en la misma madera 1, 2 y 3 capas y el resultado es pobre. No rinde los 12 M2 por litro. Deja claros, no penetra nada, incluso en la foto que se ve más oscuro es porque la mantuve en contacto con la pintura, después de 3 capas, durante una hora y aún así no oscurece de forma regular.
