Does it work for hands?

I lost my power cord. Can I purchase a replacement cord?

How do you find instruction manual?

It doesn't come with a manual. It comes with a two sided sheet that shows 4 things: Vibration Intensity Light Indicators [3], Charging Port, Single [center] button operation, and Battery Life LEDs [3]. In operation you push the center button repeatedly to cycle through the intensities and hold the button down for about 3 seconds to turn it off. I've posted a picture of the card on my review, hopefully it will show up under "all customer images" if approved.
