200ml Dermatological Dry Scalp Shampoo

I have scalp psoriasis that I have tried so many different products for so I when I saw this I thought I’d give it a try. It’s the only thing that has helped! It is fragrance free which works for me, the bottle is probably as listed but it seems small (or I just go through it quickly). My hair is soft and not greasy after using. The actual product also doesn’t feel greasy while using. I’ve found this to be very effective in cleaning my scalp and also helping with dry skin!

I was surprised at how well this shampoo made my scalp feel with the first use. I have extremely dry skin and eczema and struggle finding something that works for me. So far this I think this shampoo is going to help.

After learning I had some allergies , to what seemed like almost everything in shampoo, this was listed as one of the things that would safe for me to use. It leaves your hair super soft and has definitely improved my scalp health. Just wish it came in a bigger bottle!

Ive been using this before I switched to Vegamour. It has a lot of chemicals and woks just fine if you have dandruff. However you must use it regularly and not changed on some other shampoo and go back to it. It will just give you more dandruff. Its a good product.

Wanted to love it but it dried my head up. I have a terribly sensitive scalp and am on the hunt for something to help. I had high hopes and this did not bother me immediately but dried it up after about 3 washes. Wah.

I have wavy hair that gets really dry especially in the winter and my scalp gets flaky and itchy. This is the first shampoo that completely stopped the itchiness.

I recently relocated to an area with a colder climate meaning more indoor heating. Over the past few weeks I've suffered with a red, dry, flaky scalp - incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing. I'm British and relied on E45 cream as a general cure all skin treatment, so after trying a couple of other brands that didn't work, I thought I'd give this a shot. After 3 weeks, my scalp is healed and I am so relieved. The shampoo also smells really nice, cleans my hair beautifully, makes it less frizzy, and leaves it feeling super soft. I just ordered 6 more bottles. This will now be my go-to shampoo certainly over the cold months.

This product is awesome but it not sold in the US, so it hard to find. This help me a lot. I will buy again.

Have been using this for months. Works well. No scalp irritation. No more dry scalp. Only slight downside is no fragrance.

Great product

My wife has sensitive skin in particular on her Skala. We found a product from Canada which worked great but too hard to get so tried E45 and it did the trick, Competetivly prices so happy to use this product from now on.

I have been using this shampoo for around two years for a very dry, itchy and sensitive scalp. Before using it, my symptoms were quite severe, with large visible dry flakes, significant irritation and itching bad enough that scratching was causing hair loss. I bought it because E45 is a trusted brand, it had good reviews, and it is fragrance-free. I use it twice a week, and after around a month I noticed a significant improvement. It reduced the itching, dryness and visible flakes, and the effects have continued between washes. It has also helped reduce scalp oiliness without making my scalp feel stripped or irritated. The shampoo feels gentle and soothing when used. It lathers fairly well, although in hard water areas I find I need to add a little extra water in my palm to help it foam. It rinses out easily and has a mild pharmaceutical scent, but it is not unpleasant and is much less noticeable than fragranced shampoos. After washing, my hair feels soft but slightly dry, so I would not describe this as a particularly moisturising shampoo for the hair itself. I have fine, dry, wavy hair and it does not cause irritation, but those with already very dry hair may need to use a conditioner or additional hair care products alongside it. The 200 ml bottle lasts a surprisingly long time. Mine typically lasts around four to six months with twice-weekly use, which makes it good value for money. Compared with other anti-dandruff shampoos I have tried, including Head & Shoulders, I find this much more effective for my scalp because it feels soothing rather than just treating flakes. I would recommend it to anyone with a dry, itchy or sensitive scalp looking for a gentle, fragrance-free option. If you have oily, genuine dandruff rather than dry scalp irritation, a different type of treatment shampoo may be more suitable.

Why have I never tried this before I’ve spent thousands on shampoo’s I’ve used every prescription type every tar one’s every expensive ones yet Nothing worked even shaved my head as was so bad!! I’ve had horrible thick scabby itchy scalp for most my life (I’m now 47!) & this this £5 something shampoo has literally cleared my scalp Completely!! Not a shred of dry itchy scalp not a dry flake in sight! Just a completely normal healthy scalp! I wish I had found this sooner I’ve been embarrassed for years about my scalp n how bad it looked I’ve just ordered my 2nd bottle ready for when this one runs out but still have plenty left just don’t want to run out lol!
