Whilst I appreciate the price of this product, I did expect at least 2 things: Firstly I would be able to upload data and see the attendance records , secondly it wouldn't pack up after 2 weeks.When I contacted the seller about not uploading data, they advised get a memory stick ' FAT 32', when I invested in this as my other USB memory sticks wouldn't upload, it still wont upload! So that's another £12.00 out of pocket.The machine was recording data for 2 weeks up until this morning when it decided to stop working altogether. Subsequently I am sending back to the supplier and will invest in another machine from an alternate supplier.

no instruction but it took 5 mins to sort and weve set it up no problem

With multiple variation setups instruction and the purpose this was purchased for this is a great item simple to use basic user interface good product also I find finger print scanners quite annoying to use no problems with this one. Decent delivery time too
