One of the ottomans was damaged upon arrival, but the Belffin team was quick and kind. They reissued a new ottoman and we had it within a few days. Will definitely purchase with them in the future. The sectional is extremely comfortable, easy to assemble, a sectional with the same seating anywhere else was double the price of this sectional. I’m glad I purchased this as it was cheaper, but great quality and the storage space within the ottomans is great for throws and pillows.

We were very skeptical with ordering a modular sofa system online. We’re old school, and thought there’s no way we would be happy with not seeing, touching, or sitting on furniture before we buy. We are pleasantly surprised and extremely happy. We were unsure if we should go with the velvet or the corduroy. We choose the velvet. The fabric is amazing to the touch and the color is just the perfect shade of emerald green. The size of the modular system was a perfect fit for our space and the value for the money can not be beat. Shopping at brick and mortar stores, smaller systems were way more expensive. When we received the shipment, they came individually boxed and on two separate days. Not a problem for us at all. The instructions were easily understood and we got it set up in no time at all. We are extremely happy with this purchase the seats are quite firm and we will see over time how well they stand the test of time with this family of 5.

To start the couch was way larger than expected lol. I gave 4 stars because of how low the couch sits to the ground. I’m 6”1, and it literally feels like I’m doing squats to sit down. The seating is very soft with plush cushion. The back rest pillows are a lot thinner. Make sure to get you at least 8 accent pillows if you purchase the 8 seater sectional. Another thing I don’t like is that the ottomans on the ends doesn’t connect to the couch.They literally slide everywhere! lol each ottoman opens and has storage space. Love the color as well.

This couch is absolutely gorgeous in color and feel! It is so large and comfortable while fitting our space perfectly. We're so happy we bought this item and look forward to years of quality use. Delivery was quick and putting it together straightforward (be prepared to open and unwrap lots of stuff lol). We unfortunately had an issue with the ottoman (popped seem) and reached out to the seller. After a couple of back and forth quick emails, they sent us a new one right away! Wonderful customer service and excellent product. Can't get better than this in today's world!

Delivered and left on my porch while it was storming. 3 out of the 6 boxes was busted open due to how UPS handled/carried them. I opened to check for damage and the cloth material had that wet sour smell from absorbing the rain outside.I also noticed as I was checking for damages....there are no instructions on how to build this thing that arrived in 6 boxes. So am I suppose to take a guess? And now I am stuck not able to fit in my car to return.
